الگوی مدیریت استراتژیک در زمان آشوب برای بیمارستانهای دولتی

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: مدیریت استراتژیک در سازمانها موجب تفاهم و تعهد هر چه بیشتر مدیران و کارکنان میشود. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت استراتژیک آشوب و ارایه الگوی مناسب در بیمارستانهای دولتی استان گیلان بود. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی - همبستگی و جامعه پژوهش آن خبرگان مدیریت و مدیریت بیمارستان و تمامی مدیران و کارشناسان شاغل در بیمارستانهای دولتی بود. از جامعه خبرگان مدیریت و مدیریت بیمارستان 50 نفر به صورت هدفمند و از جامعه مدیران و کارشناسان 55 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته آشوب و پرسشنامه سنجش عوامل موثر بر مدیریت استراتژیک آشوب بود که روایی و پایایی هر دو احراز شد. یافتهها: در بررسی وضعیت موجود مولفههای آشوب یافتهها نشان داد که میانگین تمامیمولفهها به جز مولفهی جاذبههای عجیب، از متوسط نظری (3) بالاتر و مطلوب بود. در نتیجه تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، 5 عامل استراتژی سازمانی، ساختار سازمانی، فرهنگ سازمانی، تکنولوژی سازمانی و سبک رهبری عوامل موثر بر مدیریت استراتژیک آشوب شناسایی شد. تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که عوامل 5 گانه مجموعاً 78 درصد از تغییرات مدیریت استراتژیک آشوب در بیمارستانها را تبیین کرده و تاثیر معنیداری بر آن داشتند (001/0 > p، 82/13 = (44، 5) F) و فقط عامل رهبری به تنهایی تاثیر معنیداری بر مدیریت استراتژیک آشوب داشته است (001/0 > p، 92/7 = t، 75/0 = β). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به تاثیرگذاری سبک رهبری بر مدیریت استراتژیک آشوب، ضروری است که مدیران بیمارستان الگوی مدیریت استراتژیک در زمان آشوب را در بیمارستانها اجرا کنند.
Introduction: Strategic management in organizations leads to greater understanding and commitment among managers and employees. This study aims to identify Effective factors on chaos strategic management and develop an appropriate model in public hospitals of Gilan province. Methods: In this study, a descriptive and co-relational design was used. The researcher obtained the data for the study from a sample of the 50 Management experts and hospital managers' who were selected by targeted sampling and 55 managers and experts who were selected by random sampling. The instruments used in this study were chaos questionnaire that developed by researcher and questionnaire of Effective factors on chaos strategic management. Results: The examination of status of components of chaos showed that an average of all the components (an except the strange sights) was higher than the average of 3 and was desirable. As a result, exploratory factor analysis showed that, effective five factors on strategic management are organizational strategy, organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational technology and leadership style. Also, multiple regression analysis showed that five factors have explained 78% of chaos strategic management changes in hospitals and had a significant effect on it (f (5, 44) =13.82, p<0.001). Leadership was the only factor that had a significant effect on strategic chaos management (Β=0.75, t=7.92, p<0.001). Conclusion: It is essential that, hospital managersimplement model of strategic management at the time of chaos in the hospitals, due to the impact of leadership style on chaos strategic management.
