چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: سالهای اخیر دنیا درگیر بحرانی بیماری زا به نام کرونا ویروس شد. اثار این بحران به اندازه است که برخی پژوهشگران به دنیای بعد از کرونا نیز توجه ویژهای داشتهاند. بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل ارزش پایدار در استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات جهت مدیریت بیماریهای حاد ویروسی میباشد. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش امیخته میباشد. در بخش کیفی روش تحلیل تم بکار گرفتهشده است. سنجش پایایی این بخش نیز، روش تطبیق توسط دو کدگذار، میباشد که ضریب برابر با 83 درصد به دست آمد. در این بخش مصاحبهها تا رسیدن به سطح اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و 23 مصاحبه گردآوری شد. در بخش کمی نیز از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی با استفاده از نرمافزار اسمارت پی ال اس نسخه 3 به تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای پرداخته شده است و پرسشنامه نیمه ساختار یافتهای با طیف لیکرت پنج گزینهای بین 241 نفر توزیع گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کادر درمانی در رشتههای علوم پزشکی و اعضای هیئتعلمیدر رشتههای مدیریت و فناوری همچنین مدیران شرکتهای دانشبنیان فعال در فناوری پزشکی واقع در استان تهران میباشند. همچنین روش نمونه گیری در این بخش روش تصادفی ساده با استفاده از فرمول کوکران میباشد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که در بخش مدیریت و کنترل پندمیک، سه عامل سازماندهی (با ضریب 0.41)، کنترل و نظارت (با ضریب 0.28)، برنامهریزی (با ضریب 0.43) و در بخش ارزش پایدار، عاملهای محیطی (با ضریب 0.29)، اجتماعی (با ضریب 0.37) و اقتصادی (با ضریب 0.47) مورد تایید قرار گرفتند. نتیجهگیری: بدین ترتیب استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات پایدار نه تنها میتواند کنترل پندمیها را در دست بگیرد بلکه از پیامدهای ان نیز برای ایندگان میتواند پیشگیری کند.
Introduction: In recent years, the world has been engulfed in a crisis caused by a contagious disease called the coronavirus. The impact of this crisis is so significant that some researchers have also paid special attention to the post-coronavirus world. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify the factors of sustainable value in using information technology for managing acute viral diseases. Methods: The research method is mixed. In the qualitative section, the thematic analysis method has been employed. The reliability assessment of this section is also conducted using the method of comparison by two coders, resulting in a coefficient of 83%. In this section, interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached, and 23 interviews were collected. In the quantitative section, structural equation modeling with a partial least squares approach using SmartPLS_3 software was employed to analyze the data, and a semi-structured questionnaire with a five-option Likert spectrum was distributed among 241 individuals. The research population includes healthcare professionals in medical sciences, faculty members in management and technology fields, as well as managers of knowledge-based companies active in medical technology in Tehran province. Simple random sampling using the Cochran formula is also employed in this section. Results: The results showed that in the area of pandemic management and control, organizational factors (with a coefficient of 0.41), control and supervision (with a coefficient of 0.28), and planning (with a coefficient of 0.43) were confirmed. In the sustainable value section, environmental factors (with a coefficient of 0.29), social factors (with a coefficient of 0.37), and economic factors (with a coefficient of 0.47) were confirmed. Conclusion: Thus, the sustainable use of information technology can not only control pandemics but also prevent their consequences for future generations.
