چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: درس تربیت بدنی و اجرای فعالیتهای منظم ورزشی در مدارس و آموزشگاهها یکی از ابزارهای کلیدی و مؤثر رشد نسل آینده محسوب میشود. از اینرو هدف این پژوهش، : ارائه مدل ساختاری تفسیری مؤلفههای ارزیابی از اجرای خطمشیهای تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش، توصيفي بود که بهصورت کیفی انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان تحقیق 20 نفر از خبرگان تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش بودند که بهصورت هدفمند و براساس اصل اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی آن توسط اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و قابلیت اعتماد آن، توسط 5 نفر از مصاحبه شوندگان و دو کدگذار بازنگری و تأیید شد. از پنل تخصصی دلفی برای تحلیل و غربالگری دادهها و از تکنیک مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری برای سطحبندی مؤلفهها استفاده شد.
یافتهها: براساس یافتهها تعداد 33 شاخص در قالب مؤلفههای پیش نیازهای ارزیابی، بسترسازی ارزیابی، ویژگی ارزیابان، اخلاق مداری، ارزیابی نقاط کلیدی، توجه به کارایی، جامع نگری و ارزیابی پس از اجرای خط مشی، بر ارزیابی از اجرای خطمشیهای تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش اثرگذار هستند. نتایج سطحبندی نشان داد، مؤلفهها در شش سطح قرار گرفتهاند و محورهای ارزیابی و بسترسازی ارزیابی در سطح زیربنایی قرار گرفتهاند.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: ارزیابی از مدیریت منابع انسانی، همسویی طرحهای ملی با سند تحول بنیادین و ایجاد سنت و فرهنگ ارزیابی در مدیران و کارشناسان به همراه پایش ادواري نقاط کلیدي و پیشنهادات اصلاحی، ارزیابی اجرای خطمشیهای تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش را هموار میکند
چکیده انگلیسی :
Physical education lessons and the implementation of regular sports activities in schools and colleges are considered one of the key and effective tools for the growth of the future generation. Therefore, the aim of this study Presenting an interpretive structural model of evaluation components of the implementation of physical education policies in education and training.
research methodology: The qualitative research method was used. The participants of the study were 20 physical education experts in education who were selected purposefully and based on the principle of theoretical saturation. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was reviewed and confirmed by sports management professors and its reliability by 5 interviewees and two coders. A specialized Delphi panel was used to analyze and screen the data, and the interpretive structural modeling technique was used to level the components.
Findings: Based on the findings, 33 indicators in the form of evaluation prerequisites, evaluation grounding, evaluator characteristics, ethics, evaluation of key points, attention to efficiency, comprehensiveness, and evaluation after policy implementation have an impact on the evaluation of the implementation of physical education policies in education. The results of the ranking showed that the components are located at six levels and the axes of evaluation and evaluation grounding are located at the basic level.
Conclusion: Evaluation of human resource management, alignment of national plans with the fundamental transformation document, and creation of a tradition and culture of evaluation in managers and experts, along with periodic monitoring of key points and corrective suggestions, facilitate the evaluation of the implementation of physical education policies in education
