این تحقیق به منظورشناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر برنامههای توسعۀ آموزشکارآفرینی در نظام آموزشعالی کشورمان انجام شد. روش تحقیق از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مدیران دانشگاههای دولتی شهر تهران بوده که 386 نفر به روش نمونهگیری سرشماری برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها مصاحبه و تحلیل محتوا در کنار پرسشنامه محققساخته است که روایی آن با مطالعۀ منابع و اخذ نظرات استادان با تجربه و صاحبنظر در زمینه آموزشکارآفرینی به دست آمد و برای محاسبه پایایی، از آزمون آلفای کرانباخ استفاده که میزان عامل سیاستگذاری 87/0a= و عامل حوزه قلمرو آموزش 84/0a= ارزیابی شد. برای تحلیل دادهها، از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد سیاستها و حوزه قلمرو آموزش بر برنامههای توسعۀ آموزشکارآفرینی تأثیر دارد. و بین مؤلفههای آموزشی تدوین سیاست، اجرا و ارزیابی سیاست، طراحی، اجرای، محتوای و ارزشیابی دوره در برنامههای توسعۀ آموزشکارآفرینی در نظام آموزشعالی ایران رابطهی مستقیم و مثبت به دست آمد. همچنین یافتهها بیانگر آن است که شاخصهای برازندگی اولیه در تأیید الگوی سیاستگذاری و مؤلفههای آموزشی اثر گذار بر برنامههای توسعۀ آموزشکارآفرینی دانشگاهی تناسب داشتن الگو را تأیید میکند.
This study aimed to identify factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship higher education programs. A total of 386 managers from universities in Tehran were selected through census. The research instruments were interview, content analysis, and a researcher-made questionnaire. The questionnaire was content validated drawing on the views of entrepreneurship education professors. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the two scales of policy and education were assessed to be 0.87 and 0.84 respectively. Data was analyzed through structural equation modeling approach. The results suggested that policies and educational factors significantly affected the development of entrepreneurship education programs. From among educational components policy making, implementing and evaluating policies, designing, implementing, evaluating course and its content were found to impact on the development of entrepreneurship education programs directly and positively. Moreover, the findings revealed that primary fitness indexes confirmed the model of factors influencing the development of entrepreneurship higher education programs.
