رابطه صفات برتر خـودتوسعـهای، دانش و اطلاعات بنیـادی مدیـران و عملکـرد آنان (مطالعه موردی: مدیران مدارس شهر ری)

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه صفات برتر خودتوسعهای، دانش و اطلاعات بنیادی و عملکرد مدیران مدارس شهرری و بر اساس مدل خودتوسعهای مدیران موفق پیدلر و همکاران انجام شدهاست. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بوده که با استفاده از فرمول نمونهگیری کوکران حجم نمونه180 نفر از مدیران مدارس شهرری تعیین و روش نمونهگیری طبقهای با اختصاص متناسب جهت انتخاب نمونه استفادهشد. از پرسشنامه صفات برتر خودتوسعهای و دانش و اطلاعات بنیادی با پایایی(86/0=α)، پرسشنامه عملکرد شاخصمحور با پایایی(86/0=α) و پرسشنامه عملکرد ادبیاتمحور با پایایی(91/0=α) استفادهشد. بررسی میانگین متغیرها در طیف استاندارد ارزیابی نشانداد، صفات برتر خودتوسعهای نسبتاًمطلوب و دانش و اطلاعات بنیادی مدیران و عملکرد شاخصمحور و ادبیاتمحور آنها مطلوب میباشد. تحلیل همبستگی نیز نشانداد، میان صفات برتر خودتوسعهای و دانش و اطلاعات بنیادی و عملکرد ادبیاتمحور و شاخصمحور مدیران مدارس شهرری همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری سطح آلفای 01/0 وجود دارد. با توجه به نتایج رگرسیون گامبهگام، به ترتیب اولویت، اشراف داشتن بر واقعیات اساسی سازمان و خلاقیت با عملکرد شاخصمحور و خلاقیت، اشراف داشتن بر واقعیات اساسی سازمان و دانش و اطلاعات مرتبط با مدیریت با عملکرد ادبیاتمحور مدیران مدارس شهرری همبستگی چندگانه معنیداری داشتهاست.
This study examined the relationship between Self-development meta-qualities, basic knowledge and information of school administrators and their performance based on Pedler et al.’s Self-development successful managers model at Rey city. The research method was descriptive and correlational using Cochran sampling formula. Stratified random sampling with proportional allocation was used to determine the sample size (180 school administrators in Rey city). Self-development meta-qualities and basic knowledge and information questionnaire with the reliability of (α=0/86), and criteria-based Performance questionnaire with the reliability of (α=0/86) and literature-based Performance questionnaire with the reliability (α =0/91) were used to collect data. Means of the variables in the standard range of the evaluation showed that Self-development meta-qualities and basic knowledge and information were in relatively desirable condition, moreover, criteria and literature -based Performance were desirable. Correlation analysis also revealed that Self-development meta-qualities and basic knowledge and information and criteria and literature based Performance School administrators at Rey city were positively correlated with alpha level of 0/01. According to the results of the stepwise regression, with the order of priority, command of basic fact and creativity with criteria-based performance and creativity, and command of basic fact and relevant professional knowledge with literature -based performance, have multiple correlation.
