چکیده مقاله :
این تحقیق، با هدف تعیین نقش رگههای پنجگانه شخصیت در پیشبینی تعهد سازمانی و رضایت شغلی کارمندان اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان کردستان در سال 1390 انجام شد. روش انجام تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. به روش تصادفی ساده نمونهای به حجم 132 نفر از جامعه آماری 200 نفری استخراج و انتخاب گردید. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه رگههای شخصیت فرم کوتاه 60 سئوالی با پایایی 83/0، پرسشنامه کوتاه شده رضایت شغلی اسمیت، کندال و هالین با پایایی 87/0 و پرسشنامه تعهد سازمانی مادوی، پورتر و استیرز با پایایی 92/0 بود. به روش تحلیل رگرسیون پیشرونده دادههای به دست آمده تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد متغیرهای روانرنجوری (17/3-=t و 28/0-=β) و برونگرایی (02/2=t و 18/0=β) ارتباط معناداری با رضایت شغلی داشتند (05/0>p). رگههای موافق بودن (65/2=t و 24/0=β) و باوجدانبودن (14/2=t و20/0=β) ارتباط معناداری با تعهد سازمانی داشتند (05/0>p).
چکیده انگلیسی:
The aim of this research was to determine the role of personality traits in predicting staffs, job satisfaction and organization commitment in Kurdistan province education general office in 2011. The research method was descriptive and correlational in nature. 132 out of 200 staffs were selected through simple random sampling method. The instruments used were short form Five Factor Personality Inventory (NEO-FFI 60 items) with reliability of α= 0.83, Smith, Kendal and Hollin short form Job Satisfaction Questionnaire with reliability of α= 0.87 and Mowday, Porter and Sterss Organizational Commitment Questionnaire with reliability of α=0.92. Forward regression analysis was employed to analyze the data. Results showed variables of neuroticism (t=-3.17, β=-0.28) and extraversion (t=2.02, β=0.18) had significant relationship with job satisfaction (p<0.05). Traits of agreeableness (t=2.65, β=0.24) and conscientiousness (t=2.14, β=0.20) had significant relationship with organizational commitment (p<0.05).
