چکیده مقاله :
هدف: نقش آگاهی و دانش فرد نسبت به مسائل جنسی بسیار مهم است و میتواند بر همه ارتباطات و تعاملات زندگی زوجین تأثیر گذار باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر بخشی آموزش دانش جنسی بر صمیمیت زناشویی زنان و مردان بود.
روش: این مطالعه از نوع پژوهشهای نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون–پس آزمون با گروه گواه نابرابر بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه زنان و مردان متأهل شهرستان دلیجان در سال1402 تشکیل دادند. با بهره گیری از روش نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی و مبتنی بر در دسترس، تعداد 40 شرکت کننده (20 زن و 20مرد) که نمره آنها در پرسشنامه دانش جنسی زیر میانگین بود، انتخاب شدند و سپس به شیوه جایگزینی تصادفی 20 شرکت کننده زن، به دو گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه (هر گروه 10 شرکت کننده) تقسیم شدند و این روش برای مردان نیز بکار گرفته شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه دانش جنسی بشارت و رنجبرکلاگری (1392)، و پرسشنامه صمیمیت زناشویی(تامپسون و والکر، 1983 ترجمه ثنایی و علاقبند،1379) استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس یکراهه و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. پروتکل آموزشی در شش جلسه، به مدت سه هفته (هفتهای دو بار در روزهای دوشنبه و چهارشنبه) اجرا شد.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که آموزش دانش جنسی بر صمیمیت زناشویی زنان و مردان به طور معنیداری اثربخش بوده است. مقدار ضریب اتا نشان میدهد که آموزش به ترتیب 40 و 48 درصد از واریانس صمیمیت زناشویی زنان و مردان را تبیین میکند.
نتیجهگیری: آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﺣﺴﺎﺳﺎت ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ شده و رﺿﺎﻳﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﻳﻲ در زنان و مردان را افزایش میدهد و فرد میتواند نیازهای خود را به شکل مؤثرتری به همسر خود ابراز کند.

purpose: Individuals Knowledge and Awareness of sexual Issues are very important. The purpose of the current research is to evaluate the effectiveness of sexual knowledge education on marital intimacy and sympathy in men and women of Delijan City.
Methology: Research method were semi-experimental. The statistical population was all married men and women of city of Delijan in 1402. Using sampling method from available statistical population 40 people (20 Women – 20 Men) was selected and randomly assigned to experiment and control groups.
Data were collected using Sexual Knowledge Questionnaire, Walker and Thompson’s Intimacy Scale, Jolliffe & Farrington’s Empathy Scale and SPSS 20 software program used for analysis.
Finding: The findings showed the effects of sexual knowledge education on marital intimacy was 52% and F was significant for marital intimacy and empathy. The amount of statistical power indicates the adequacy of the sample and also shows that if the research is repeated 100 times, in the group of women, 91% of the cases will produce the same results. Also, the F value for the cognitive and emotional empathy variables was significant. The ETA coefficient for education in men was 92%, the value of F was significant for intimacy and empathy in men.
Conclusion: Sex education helps to create positive emotions, intimacy and sympathy and increases marital satisfaction in men and women. A person can present himself better in relationships and express his needs more effectively to his wife.
