چکیده مقاله :
سازمان ها با توجه به قابلیت هایی که فناوری اطلاعات در ایجاد ارزش برای آنها دارد، سرمایه گذاری های کلانی برای به کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات نموده اند. یکی از ارزش هایی که سازمان ها می توانند با استفاده از این فناوری ها در سازمانشان ایجاد نمایند، توانمندسازی کارکنان با استفاده از این ابزارها است. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثرات فناوری اطلاعات بر توانمندسازی شغلی کارکنان می باشد. تحقیق از حیث روش توصیفی- پیمایشی می باشد.جامعه آماری تحقیق، کارکنان شرکت توزیع برق منطقه ای غرب استان کرمانشاه می باشد. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی سیستماتیک و حجم نمونه آماری 181 نفر می باشد.ابزار اندازه گیری متغیرهای تحقیق، پرسشنامه است که دارای روایی و پایایی تایید شده می باشد. در این تحقیق ابتدا میزان کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات را در سازمان مورد بررسی قرار داده، پس از اطمینان یافتن از کاربرد آن، اثرات آن را بر توانمند سازی شغلی کارکنان بررسی نموده ایم. بدین منظور ابتدا شاخص های مرتبط با توانمندسازی که شامل: بهبود کیفیت عملکرد، دانش و آگاهی، فرصت های شغلی، استقلال وآزادی کاری، مسئولیت تصمیم گیری، خود کنترلی و توسعه حرفه ای را شناسایی نمودیم. یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد که بین بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات و به ترتیب بهبود کیفیت عملکرد (011/0₌ α )، دانش و آگاهی (000/0₌α)، فرصتهای شغلی (000/0₌α)، استقلال و آزادی کاری(000/0₌α)، مسئولیت تصمیم گیری(002/0₌α)، خود کنترلی(000/0₌α) و توسعه حرفه ای کارکنان (000/0₌α) رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. در پایان به این نتیجه دست یافتیم که فناوری اطلاعات بیشترین تاثیر را بر بهبود کیفیت عملکرد کارکنان شرکت توزیع برق داشته است.

IT organizations have capabilities to create value, so they have made huge investments for the deployment of information technology. One of the values that organizations can create is to use this technology in their organizations in order to empower the employees. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of information technology on the job empowerment. The population consists of staff working at Kermanshah province in the west regional electric distribution company. Using the systematic random sampling method, the sample size is 181 people. The questionnaire’s validity and reliability was measured and approved. In this study, the use of information technology in the organization was studied, so after ensuring its application, its effects on empowering employees were investigated. For this purpose, relevant indicators of empowerment were considered, including improving the quality of performance, knowledge, job opportunities, independence and freedom of action, responsibility, decision-making, self-control and identified professional development. The results of this study showed that the use of IT to improve the quality of performance is (.011 ₌ α), Knowledge (.000₌α), Job opportunities (.000₌α), Independence and freedom of action (.000₌ α), Responsible for deciding (.002₌ α), Self-control (.000₌ α) and professional development of employees (.000₌α) and all show that there is a significant positive relationship. In the end, we conclude that the greatest impact of information technology on improving the quality of electricity distribution companies is the employee’s performance.
