چکیده مقاله :
چکیده
هدف این تحقیق ارائه الگوی رهبري كسب و كار در شرکت های دانش بنیان با استفاده از رويکرد تحلیل مضمون می باشد. در اين بخش میدان پژوهش دربرگیرنده مديران ارشد شرکتهای دانش بنیان کسب و کار های کوچک و متوسط شهرتبریز و خبرگان دانشگاهي بوده که 26 نفر از آنها با روش نمونه گیری نظری انتخاب شدند. سپس با آنها مصاحبۀ نیمه ساختار يافته انجام گرفت و داده های حاصله به اشباع نظری رسید. به منظور تجزيه وتحلیل داده ها از چارچوب براون و کلارک(2006)و از نرم افزار MAXQDA استفاده شد و در نهایت توسط دلفی فازی اهمیت و رتبه بندی مضامین انجام گرفت. بدين ترتیب يافته ها حاکي از آن است پنج معیار اصلی ، مهارت های رهبری با 199 امتیاز(%29) ، مولفه های شخصیتی رهبری با 132 امتياز ( 20 %) ، ،مولفه های رهبری محیطی سازمان با 130امتياز ( 19 %) ، رویکردهای رهبری، 112 امتياز ( %17) ، تعاملات اخلاقی رهبری با103 امتياز ( 16 %) روی رهبری کسب و کار موثر بوده و از نظر اهمیت رتبه اول مهارت های رهبری ، مولفه های شخصیتی رهبری رتبه دوم ، مولفه های رهبری محیطی سازمان رتبه سوم ، رویکردهای رهبری رتبه چهارم، مولفه های اخلاقی رهبری رتبه پنجم ، را کسب نموده اند.در پایان پیشنهادات کاربردی بر اساس نتایج تحقیق ،برای جامعه آماری ارایه گردید .
Abstract
The aim of this research is to present a business leadership model in knowledge-based companies using thematic analysis approach. In this section, the research field included senior managers of knowledge-based companies, small and medium-sized businesses in Tabriz and academic experts, 26 of whom were selected using theoretical sampling. Then, a semi-structured interview was conducted with them and the resulting data reached theoretical saturation. In order to analyze the data, the Brown and Clarke (2006) framework and MAXQDA software were used, and finally, the importance and ranking of themes were performed using Fuzzy Delphi. Thus, the findings indicate that the five main criteria, leadership skills with 199 points (29%), leadership personality components with 132 points (20%), organizational environmental leadership components with 130 points (19%), leadership approaches, 112 points (17%), and leadership ethical interactions with 103 points (16%) are effective on business leadership and in terms of importance, leadership skills have obtained the first rank, leadership personality components have the second rank, organizational environmental leadership components have the third rank, leadership approaches have the fourth rank, and leadership ethical components have the fifth rank. At the end, practical suggestions were presented for the statistical community based on the results of the research.
