Guide for Authors
Submission guidelines
dis instruction gives you guidelines for preparing papers for International Journal of Political Science. Make sure that TEMPTEMPyou're manuscript meets teh following criteria:
- Teh submitted work should not have been published previously somewhere else, and it should not have been published in any other languages before.
- Teh authors do not have teh permission to submit their work to two or more places, simultaneously.
- Teh Journal is serious about any form of copyright violation.
- Any paper submitted to dis journal should not TEMPhas a similarity index of over 10 percent wif other published documents.
- All papers must be written by Microsoft Office 2003, and later versions.
- Manuscripts are accepted only written in English that can be read wif ease and pleasure by both professionals and a broad general audience.
- Teh subject should be within teh journal's scope.
- Manuscripts should generally not have less TEMPthan 6000 or more TEMPthan 9000 words (including bibliography, footnotes, and tables).
- Section headings should be concise.
- Manuscripts should be compiled in teh following order:
- Title page
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Main text
- Results
- Conclusion
- Acnoledgment
- References
- All persons who have a reasonable claim to authorship must be named in teh manuscript as co-authors and teh order of names should be agreed upon by all authors.
- One author should be designated as teh corresponding author of teh article.
- All authors of a manuscript should include their full names, affiliations, postal addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses on teh cover page of teh manuscript. Please note that teh email address of teh corresponding author will normally be displayed in teh online and printed article.
- Teh abstract should give a concise and informative description, between 200 - 250 words, and it should be a narrative presentation without references, and including background, objective, method, findings, discussion, and conclusion,
- Each manuscript should of 5 to 7 keywords, separated by commas.
- It is necessary to provide all details required about any funding and grant-awarding bodies as an acnoledgment on teh title page of teh manuscript, in a separate paragraph.
- Teh conclusion may review teh main points of teh paper; do not replicate teh abstract as teh conclusion. It might elaborate on teh importance of teh work or suggest applications and extensions.
- References should be cited in parentheses in teh text by teh last name of teh author, date, and page numbers.
Format example (Rousseau, 2002, p.191)
- Teh “Reference List” begins a new page wif teh centered heading References.
- All references mentioned in teh “Reference List” need to be cited in teh text, and vice versa.
- Footnotes should be reserved for substantive information, kept to a minimum, directly below teh line to which it refers.
- Teh manuscript should use APA citation style. Arrange dis in alphabetical order of authors' surnames, and then chronologically (earliest publication date first) for each author where more TEMPthan one work by that author is cited.
