Abstract :
Nowadays, firm have realized the importance of information technology as an essential tool for the success of business. Accessing the applicability of information technology might be the main expectation of the firm for outsourcing. By outsourcing, firms can have access to advanced technologies and use external sources for their goal. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of interaction processes on the relationship between firm ’s capabilities and outsourcing success of information technology in Isfahan centers for Higher Education. The present study is correlated in regards with its practical purpose and methodology. The sample population of the present research consists of all the employees who use the information technology service of the university under study whose total number is about 418 and by sampling the available ones, 200 of them were selected as the sample. For data gathering questionnaire was used. The results of the hypothesis testing by SMART-PLS software and T-test and path coefficiency of (β) , indicated that all the variables have significant and positive effect on outsourcing success. Consequently, according to the findings of the research, some suggestions were presented to help the success of outsourcing in firms.
