بررسی اثربخشی زوج درمانی شناختی –رفتاری بر تمایل و احقاق جنسی در زنان

مقدمه: ارتباطات زناشویی نقش مهمی در سلامت و استحکام خانواده دارند. زوج درمانی شناختی رفتاری با اصلاح الگوهای شناختی و رفتاری میتواند در بهبود رضایت زناشویی مؤثر باشد. این پژوهش، با هدف، بررسی اثربخشی زوج درمانی شناختی رفتاری بر تمایل و احقاق جنسی در زنان انجام شد. روش پژوهش: این تحقیق نیمه تجربی و از نوع پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری 1 ماهه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه زنان متأهل 19 تا 42 سال مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهرکرج در 6 ماه اول سال 1401 بود. برای نمونه گیری، 30 نفر از گروه جامعه که برای مشکلات زناشویی مراجعه کرده بودند، به روش در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی ساده در گروههای آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند، گروه آزمایش تحت 8 جلسه 1 ساعته زوج درمانی شناختی رفتاری قرار گرفتند اما گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. جمعآوری اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه تمایل جنسی و پرسشنامه احقاق جنسی هالبرت بود. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل روش تحلیل واریانس آمیخته تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد در گروههای مورد مطالعه در مرحله پس آزمون از نظر تمایل جنسی و احقاق جنسی تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد؛ به طوری که زوج درمانی شناختی- رفتاری توانسته است موجب افزایش معنیدار نمرات تمایل جنسی و احقاق جنسی در گروه آزمایش شود (001/0 p<). به علاوه اثرات درمان با توجه به دوره پیگیری در همه شاخصهای تمایل و احقاق جنسی پایدارتر بود. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه، زوج درمانی شناختی رفتاری میتواند بر افزایش تمایل جنسی و احقاق جنسی زنان متأهل مؤثر واقع شود.
Introduction: Marital relationships play an important role in the health and strength of the family. Cognitive behavioral couple therapy can be effective in improving marital satisfaction by modifying cognitive and behavioral patterns. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral couple therapy on sexual desire and entitlement in women. Research method: This is a semi-experimental research of pre-test-post-test type with a control group and a 1-month follow-up. The statistical population of the research was all married women aged 19 to 42 who referred to Shahr Karaj counseling centers in the first 6 months of 1401. For sampling, 30 people from the community group who referred for marital problems were selected using the available method and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The experimental group underwent 8 1-hour sessions of cognitive behavioral couple therapy, but the They did not receive an intervention control. Data collection was done using Halbert's Sexual Desire Questionnaire and Sexual Entitlement Questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the mixed variance analysis method. Findings: The results showed that there is a significant difference in terms of sexual desire and sexual entitlement in the studied groups in the post-test stage; So that cognitive-behavioral couple therapy has been able to significantly increase the scores of sexual desire and sexual entitlement in the experimental group (p<0.001). In addition, the effects of the treatment were more stable according to the follow-up period in all indicators of sexual desire and entitlement. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, cognitive behavioral couple therapy can be effective in increasing sexual desire and sexual rights.
