اثربخشی آموزش مهارت جرأتورزی بر شایستگی اجتماعی و بهزیستی روانشناختی زنان آزاردیده مراجعه کننده به اورژانس اجتماعی

چکیده مقدمه: در چند سال اخیر، افزایش قابل توجهی در آمار مربوط به زنان آزاردیده گزارش شده و هر ساله هزاران زن در سراسر جهان، مورد اذیت و آزار قرار میگیرند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت جرأتورزی بر شایستگی اجتماعی و بهزیستی روانشناختی زنان آزاردیده مراجعه کننده به اورژانس اجتماعی انجام شد. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل که به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر متشکل از 77 زن آزاردیده میشدند که از بین آنها تعداد 30 نفر در دو گروه(15نفر آزمایش و 15نفرکنترل) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش به مدت هشت جلسه 60 دقیقه ای تحت مداخله بسته آموزشی جرأت ورزی موتابی و عطوفی قرار گرفت و گروه کنترل در انتظار برای آموزش ماند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف و شایستگی اجتماعی فلنر و همکاران مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. دادهها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم افزار آماری SPSS ویرایش 24 انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارت جرأتورزی بر افزایش شایستگی اجتماعی و بهزیستی روانشناختی زنان آزار دیده اثربخش بود (001/0>P). نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر میتوان نتیجه گیری کرد که برای افزایش شایستگی اجتماعی و بهزیستی روانشناختی زنان آزار دیده استفاده از مداخله مهارت جرأت ورزی مؤثر است
Abstract Introduction: In recent years, a significant increase in statistics related to abused women has been reported, with thousands of women worldwide being harassed and abused every year. This research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of assertiveness training on social competence and psychological well-being of abused women referring to social emergency. Research Method: The present study was semi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design and a control group. The participants were selected using available sampling method and were randomly assigned to two groups of experimental and control. The statistical population of the study consisted of 77 abused women, 30 of whom were divided into two groups (15 experimental and 15 control). The participants of experimental group received eight sessions of 60-minute assertiveness training intervention by Mootabi & Atoofi, while the participants of control group remained on the waiting list for training. Data were evaluated using the Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale and the Social Competence Questionnaire by Flanzer et al. Data analysis was performed using analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) and SPSS version 24. Findings: The results showed that assertiveness training was effective in increasing social competence and psychological well-being of abused women (p < 0.001). Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, it can be concluded that assertiveness training intervention is effective in enhancing social competence and psychological well-being of abused women.
