ارزش گذاری مشروط کیفیت آب آشامیدنی: یک مطالعه موردی برای پل سفید

مقاله حاضر به بررسی تمایل به پرداخت (WTP) شهروندان پل سفیدی برای داشتن آب سالم، به روش ارزش گذاری مشروط دوگانه می پردازد. همچنین با به کارگیری یک الگوی لجیت، عوامل اقتصادی اجتماعی موثر بر تمایل به پرداخت مانند درآمد، سن، تعداد فرزندان کوچک در خانه و سطح تحصیلات مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. داده های مورد نیاز از طریق یک مطالعه میدانی، تکمیل پرسشنامه و مصاحبه حضوری با 180 خانوار ساکن شهر پل سفید جمع آوری شده است. همچنین با توجه به 60 نمونه اولیه، در این مطالعه اثر حوزه نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان می دهد که 83 درصد از خانوارها، حاضر به پرداخت مبلغی برای بهبود کیفیت آب آشامیدنی شهر یاد شده هستند. به طور مشخص میانگین تمایل به پرداخت برای آب آشامیدنی سالم حدود 3292 تومان برای هر خانوار برآورد گردیده است. همچنین بر اساس این مطالعه، متغیرهایی مانند نگرانی از کیفیت آب آشامیدنی، سطح درآمد و سن اثر معناداری بر تمایل به پرداخت دارد. با توجه به این که میانگین تمایل به پرداخت برای بهبود آب آشامیدنی در نمونه اولیه 3200 تومان میباشد اثر حوزه وجود ندارد و به نظر می رسد تمایل به پرداخت دارای کمترین تورش ناشی از اثر حوزه می باشد.
Abstract By using contingent valuation, this research examines people willing to pay in Polesefid of mazandaran province also, based on the estimation of Logit model we are going to determine factors such as income, ago, number of small children and level of education affecting the willing to pay. The data are collected through a survey questionnaire and personal interviewing with 180 households in Polesefid. Also, according a pretest, the embedding effect is examined. Results indicate that 83 percent of households have a willing to pay for improving the quality of city water. In particular, average willing to pay for the save water is about 32000 Rials per household. Also by this research of the variables such as worrying about the quality of drinking water. Income and age have a positive and significant effect on the willing to pay. since, average values for willingness to pay in the pretest study is 32000 it seems that the embedding effect is minimum and the willing to pay has the minimum biased.
