بررسی نقش ترغیب احساسی بر خودکارآمدی و نگرش کارآفرینانه دانشجویان علوم ورزشی (یک مطالعه تجربی)

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف نقش ترغیب احساسی بر خودکارآمدی و نگرش کارآفرینانه دانشجویان علوم ورزشی (یک مطالعه تجربی)، به انجام رسید.روششناسی: تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات نیمه تجربی و کاربردی است و در دو مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش را دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی و کارشناسی علوم ورزشی دانشگاههای شهر مشهد تشکیل میدهند که با توجه به پروتکل اجرای تحقیق 150 نفر بهصورت تصادفی بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. بهمنظور جمعآوری اطلاعات ابتدا نمونهها در سه گروه مجازی 50 نفره (تلگرام) با عناوین ترغیب مثبت، منفی و کنترل طبقهبندی شدند؛ و پرسشنامهای آنلاین شامل سؤالات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه دی نابل و همکاران (1999)، پرسشنامه نگرش به کارآفرینی کریمی و همکاران (1391)، در زمان پیشآزمون و پسآزمون در اختیار نمونهها قرار گرفت. سپس پیامهای ترغیبی مثبت و منفی به مدت یک ماه در گروهها ارسال شد. در ادامه بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار، چولگی و کشیدگی) و استنباطی (آزمون تی و لوین) در نرمافزار SPSS 22 استفاده شد.یافتهها: یافتههای بهدستآمده نشان میدهد ترغیب احساسی مثبت بر خود کارآمدی و تغییر نگرش نسبت به کارآفرینی دانشجویان علوم ورزشی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین ترغیب احساسی منفی بر نگرش کارآفرینی دانشجویان تأثیری نداشته است اما در رابطه با متغیر خود کارآمدی تأثیر معناداری را نشان میدهد.نتیجهگیری: اگر فرد نسبت به کارآفرینی با عوامل مختلف ترغیب شود میتوان امیدوار بود باور و خودکارآمدی وی تقویتشده و نگرشش نسبت به کارآفرینی در راستای مثبت تغییر کند؛ زیرا همانطور که نتایج نشان میدهد احساسات فرد میتواند در این مسیر مؤثر واقع شود. از اینرو پیشنهاد میشود در جهت مقابله با پدیده بیکاری دانشجویان، ترغیبهای مثبت در محیط آموزشی بکار گرفته شود تا شاهد تعدیل بیکاری این قشر از جامعه در آینده باشیم.
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigating the role of emotional persuasion on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial attitude of sports students (an experimental study).Methodology: The present study is a quasi-experimental and applied research that was conducted in two stages: pre-test and post-test. The research population consists of graduate and undergraduate students of sports sciences of Mashhad universities who according to the research protocol, 150 people were randomly selected as a sample. For data collection, the samples (150 people) were first classified into three virtual groups (telegram): positive, negative persuasion and control. An online questionnaire was provided to the samples during the pre-test and post-test. Positive and negative persuasion messages were then sent to the groups for one month.Results: The findings show that positive emotional motivation has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy and change in attitudes toward entrepreneurship of sports students. Also, negative emotional persuasion had no effect on students' entrepreneurial attitude, but in relation to the self-efficacy variable, it shows a significant effect.Conclusion: If a person is encouraged towards entrepreneurship by various factors, we can hope that his belief and self-efficacy will be strengthened and his attitude towards entrepreneurship will change in a positive direction. Because as the results of research show, a person's emotions can be effective in this direction. Therefore, it is suggested that in order to deal with the fear and the phenomenon of student unemployment, positive incentives be used in the educational environment to see the adjustment of unemployment of this segment of society in the future
