طراحی مدل اثر تحمل ابهام بر امیدواری با نقش واسطهای بهزیستی فضیلتگرا در ورزشکاران معلول

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین مدل اثر تحمل ابهام بر امیدواری، با نقش واسطهای بهزیستی فضیلتگرا در ورزشکاران معلول انجام شد. روششناسی: روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف، کاربردی و مطالعه به روش توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، ورزشکاران معلول استان اصفهان بودند که با استفاده از روش در دسترس، 106 نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شده و به پرسشنامههای پاسخ دادند. برای بررسی روابط بین اجزای مدل و تحلیل دادهها، از روش معادلات ساختاری Structural Modeling Equation PLS (Smart PLS SEM) نسخه ۳ استفاده شد. یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج ضریب تعیین مدل روی امید و بهزیستی فضیلتگرا به ترتیب 268/0 و 717/0 بود. با توجه به معناداری ضرایب مسیر، تمامی مسیرها در مدل باقی ماند و نقش میانجی بهزیستی فضیلتگرا در ارتباط تحمل ابهام با امید پذیرفته شد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای این پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که امیدواری در معلولین ورزشکار، با افزایش تحمل ابهام و بهزیستی فضیلتگرا افزایش نشان میدهد. بنابراین پیشنهاد میگردد فضیلتگرایی در جامعه ورزشکاران معلول مورد تاکید و آموزش قرار گیرد و با ارائه آموزشهای روانی-تربیتی در حوزه تحمل ابهام، امیدواری در این جامعه افزایش یابد.

Objectives: The present research was conducted with the aim of explaining the model of the effect of tolerance of ambiguity on hope, with the mediating role of eudaimonic well-being in disabled athletes. Methods: The research method was based on the goal, applicability, and conducted using a descriptive-survey approach. The statistical population of this research comprised disabled athletes in Isfahan province, from whom 106 individuals were selected as the sample using the available method and responded to the questionnaires. To examine the relationships between model components and analyze the data, Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method was employed using SmartPLS version 3. Results: Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that hope in disabled athletes increases with higher ambiguity tolerance and eudaimonic well-being. Therefore, it is recommended to emphasize and teach eudaimonia in the community of disabled athletes, and by providing psychological-educational training in the area of tolerance of ambiguity, hope within this community can be enhanced.
