The concept of social capital has three indexes including social trust, social solidarity and social participation and it is the effect and developer of the three indexes. This vital capital is in tight relation with physical, economic and human capital, which contribute to economic, cultural, and information development and to the flourishment of the society. Social capital creates the sense of participation among the society members, and it is the determinant cause of social security. Low level of social capital would result in discrimination, inequality, migration, lack of public trust sense, decrease in the social participation, decrease in charity affairs, increase in social bandit, drug addiction, family collapse, inter-generational gap, and consequently decrease in social security index. Using descriptive- analytic method, this research is intended to expound the indexes of social capital and their role in the promotion of social security so that to provide social security to flourish the society. تفاصيل المقالة

از طریق حکمرانی خوب شهری نوعی از توسعه پدید می‌آید که در آن فقرا حق تقدم دارند، امور زنان بهبود می یابد، محیط‌زیست پایدار ایجاد می‌شود و فرصت‌های اشتغال و عوامل رفاهی پدید می‌آیند. به‌ این ‌ترتیب مفهوم حکمرانی خوب و توسعه پایدار انسانی جدایی‌ناپذیر است. هدف از شاخص‌های حکمرانی خوب شهری سنجش اندازه‌گیری و کیفیت اداره امور شهری است. سوال اصلی مقاله حاضر این است که با توجه به نقش حکمرانی خوب در توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی کشورها، از دید نخبگان استان سیستان و بلوچستان؛ به کدام‌یک از شاخصه‌های حکمرانی خوب در جهت توسعه شهرستان ایرانشهر بایستی اولویت داد؟ روش این مقاله توصیفی- تحلیلی است. یافته های مقاله نشان می دهد که توسعه ‌یافتگی و رفع محرومیت در استان سیستان و بلوچستان نیازمند تبیین یک الگوی جامع حکمرانی خوب و اجرای آن است در پژوهش پیشرو با توجه به ظرفیت سنجی اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی با نگاه به آینده می‌توان یک الگوی جامع و هماهنگ با شرایط زیست جامعه ‌شهرستان ایرانشهر ارائه نمود. در تحقیق حاضر سعی شده است ابتدا شاخص‌های حکمرانی خوب شهری با توجه به وضعیتاین شهر، اولویت‌بندی شود و سپس فاصله وضع موجود و مطلوب، مشخص گردد. تفاصيل المقالة

With the withdrawal of Britain from the European Union as one of the most important members of the European Union, some saw the strengthening of nationalist views as a factor in shaking the approach of European regional integration. Therefore, the Brexit could be the beginning of the process of withdrawal of other members of the European Union and its collapse. While the EU has taken steps to maintain its cohesion and meet its security, economic and a political challenge, the UK withdrawal has been welcomed by the US, which some see it as a deeper rift between the EU and the US. This article, which has been compiled analytically-descriptively using library resources, seeks to answer the question of what is the US and EU approach to Brexit? In this regard, the article will examine Britain's withdrawal from the Union and the approaches of the US and the EU. The findings show that in the Obama era, due to multilateral policies, peaceful relations, cooperation with the European Union in various fields, and the emphasis on the transatlantic treaty, we see disagreement with Britain's withdrawal from the EU, but in the Trump era due to unilateralism policies and Britain's encouragement not to join the EU; On the other hand, the European Union continues to call for the integration and preservation of its members, especially the UK, for its own economic, political and security interests.
