صنعت گردشگری از مهمترین بخش های اقتصادی جهان است. کشور ایران با توجه به جاذبه های گردشگری (ازجمله گردشگری مذهبی همچون شهر مشهد)، یکی از برجسته ترین ممالک دنیا در زمینه پتانسیل های گردشگری مذهبی می باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی سناریوهای آتی گردشگری مذهبی شهر مشهد می باشد. روش پژوهش از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از حیث روش، توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد.همچنین از روش کتابخانه ای و اسنادی جهت جمع آوری داده ها و منابع استفاده شده است.جهت تحلیل داده ها از تکنیک تحلیل اثرات متقابل و نرم افزار میک مک، برای شناسایی پیشران های اثرگذار بر توسعه گردشگری مذهبی شهر مشهد و همچنین از روش سناریو نویسی و نرم افزار سناریو ویزارد برای شناسایی آینده های محتمل بهره گرفته شده است. براساس نتایج بدست آمده، 11 پیشران که بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را داشته در نرم افزار سناریوویزارد در سه حالت خوشبینانه، بینابینی و بدبینانه دسته بندی گردید. از مجموع سناریوهای مذکور، 7 سناریو که بیشترین سازگاری و امتیاز را داشته انتخاب و به عنوان سناریوهای محتمل گردشگری مذهبی مشهد معرفی گردید. از میان سناریوهای محتمل، سناریو اول بهترین سناریو بوده که در آن تمامی پیشران ها وضعیت مطلوبی دارند. تفاصيل المقالة

The nature of citizens’ social and personal relationships is a derivative of their lifestyle. Today, the development of digital platforms and the rapid growth of technology have brought about extensive changes in people's lives, insomuch that their lifestyle is now completely different from what it was in the past. The present article is an attempt to recognize the factors that shape the lifestyle and examine the theories that support the idea to present a comprehensive reading of the concept of lifestyle. Another objective of the study is to identify the characteristics of today's lifestyle and how it influences the urban space. To this end, the research employed the meta-synthesis method. In the first step, of the total 83 relevant sources, 37 were acquired, screened, and selected using the assessment method. Then, the selected sources were coded in MAXQDA 2020 focusing on the research question. A total of 95 codes were extracted and categorized into 4 groups: “characteristics of today's lifestyle”, “forming factors”, “functions”, and “approaches”. According to the findings, the factors forming lifestyle are as follows: Human, temporal, and environmental factors. The most important and influential component of lifestyle is the temporal factor. Due to the alterations in the temporal aspect, nowadays such characteristics as individualism, considerable power of choice, market orientation, and new behavioral patterns are the indices of people's lifestyles. These characteristics have caused alterations in urban spaces such as weakened social interactions, pluralism, status symbols, visualization of signs, and a multiplicity of shopping malls and leisure centers. تفاصيل المقالة

One of the characteristics of complex systems is their emergence. Samen district, as part of the central area of Mashhad, has been affected by the various urban development plans. The purpose of the current research is to identify the evolution of the effects of the renovation and improvement plans of Samen district, focusing on the role of the emergence of space in the occurrence of theft crimes. In this regard, by using the comparative-historical method, the evolution of the area has been investigated in recent years, and the effect of the layout of the area on committing theft in two time periods before and after the plans has been investigated. Documentary- and library-based studies are considered as the most important data collection tools in the current research. The data of geographic information system was used to measure the emergence of theft, and the data taken from Khorasan Razavi Police Office was used to check the amount of theft. For data analysis, depth map and Arcpro software have been used. The results of the research show an increase in integration in the new area, so that the permeability of the whole district has increased. This increase in integration has caused the distribution of thefts to be extended into neighborhoods, while in the old area, theft crimes mainly occurred in the main streets. In recent years, the physical form of Mashhad, as the second metropolis of the country, has been affected by macro economic indicators. In order to resist the impulses and pressure of the upcoming economic trends, it is necessary to measure the dimensions and the effect of the mentioned economic forces on the physical form of Mashhad in the past. Therefore The question of the current research is "What is the role of economic trends in the formation of the physical form of Mashhad ?".The approach of the current research is quantitative and a longitudinal survey research method has been used. In order to analyze the trend of economic indicators, the vector auto regression model has been used to measure the effects of variables on each other.Also Landsat satellite images have also been used to analyze the changes in the physical form of Mashhad city.The results of the research show that in recent years, the country's economic developments have led to an increase in the price of currency. This, along with other economic indicators, has caused inflation in the price of land, housing, and rent, and has prompted the city managers to reduce the inflation in land and housing by allowing the growth of Mashhad. The directions of development in the early years were generally in the north and east of the city, but in recent years, the city has expanded to the west and south. The results of the research show that the variables of exchange rate, Gini coefficient and unemployment rate have more stable effects than other economic variables on the physical form of Mashhad city in such a way that whenever one of these three variables is associated with a strong fluctuation, the physical form of Mashhad city is also affected. تفاصيل المقالة
