    Social networks, as one of the most significant components of the media in virtual space, are crucial for preserving social ties and the collective identity of society, particularly among younger generations. The amount of daily consumption of the presence of young people in these networks and the expansion and influence of these networks among the people have caused many changes in the behavior and mentality of the members of the society, and this research aims to examine the role of these networks in improving the social capital of Mazandaran province. The research was conducted using an exploratory qualitative applied research methodology. The researcher hopes to learn more about and clarify the function of networks and social media in the creation of social capital by conducting in-depth interviews. Elites and experts in the field of social media who were chosen by snowball sampling and purposeful sampling make up the statistical population. Coding was used to evaluate qualitative data. The findings demonstrate that social media played a major impact 1-in the development of user interactions in Mazandaran. Sharing relevant content, cooperating with one another, having a discourse, critiquing and analyzing how others work, especially those in authority, and pressuring others to do something are all examples of individual contact. 2. Holding joint meetings (clubhouse) and developing online connection across groups and socioeconomic strata are examples of social interaction collaboration among non-governmental organizations. 3 - Increasing media literacy through interaction in public education - Raising the general public's awareness of the law - Determining offenses and their penalties - Outlining obligations and rights of citizens - Fostering behaviors, enticing participation from the public, and supporting non-governmental group activities. 4- Interaction between the development of advertisements and media programs. 5- Interaction for persuading others to accept a message: providing accurate information to the audience while avoiding exaggeration and matching the messages to the audience's needs. تفاصيل المقالة

    Social networks, as one of the most important parts of the media in virtual space, play an important role in consolidating social relations and the symbolic unity of society, especially among young people. The amount of daily consumption of the presence of young people in these networks and the expansion and influence of these networks among people has caused many changes in the behavior and mentality of the members of the society. This research aims to investigate the role of these networks in promoting the social capital of Mazandaran province. The method of this research is applied research and qualitative method with exploratory technique. By conducting in-depth interviews, the researcher aims to investigate and explain the role of networks and social media in the process of social capital production. The statistical population is elites and experts in the field of social media, who were selected by purposive sampling and snowball method. Qualitative data were analyzed using coding. The results show that the greatest role of Mazandaran social media in the formation of interactions between users 1-in the subject of individual interaction: sharing of valuable content, mutual cooperation and discourse, criticizing and evaluating the performance of others, especially the officials, and forcing the officials to answer Officials and information exchange is online. 2- On the topic of social interaction: holding joint meetings (clubhouse), establishing online communication between groups and social strata, interaction between non-governmental organizations. 3- Interaction for public education: increasing media literacy, increasing awareness generalization of laws, introducing crimes and their punishments, bringing up the duties and rights of citizens, creating attitudes and attracting public participation and activities of non-governmental organizations. 4- Interaction for media production: the quality of media programs and advertising production.     3 - مدیریت اعتراضات اجتماعی در ایران: الگوی یابی در فرهنگ عمومی

    هدف:مدیریت اعتراضات اجتماعی با بهره برداری ظرفیت های فرهنگ عمومی همواره مورد توجه بوده است. هدف:شناخت ریشه اعتراضات اجتماعی در ایران، مهمترین آنها و راهکار های مدیریت اعتراضات با شناخت الگوی فرهنگ عمومی جامعه ایران ، مبتنی بر این سوال که الگوی مناسب مدیریت اعتراضات اجتماعی در ایران کدام است ، روش :نوع تحقیق توسعه ای و کاربردی است که در حوزه اعتراضات اجتماعی، با استفاده از مطالعات نظری و کتابخانه ای در بخش ادبیات تحقیق و جلسه خبرگی با بیست نفر ازنخبگان و مدیران در حوزه امنیت و تعدادی ازدانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد به صورت تصادفی، انجام شد. روایی پرسشنامه های این بخش از طریق پنج نفر از نخبگان و مدیران حوزه امنیت حاصل شد .در بخش ارائه الگوی فرهنگ عمومی مناسب برای مدیریت اعتراضات اجتماعی در ایران از نظرات 100 نفراز متخصصین حوزه فرهنگ و امنیت بهره برداری شد.دراین مسیر با توزیع پرسشنامه مبتنی بر اخذ روایی آن از طریق متخصصین و حصول پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ ،الگوی مفهومی پیشنهادی آنان در ابعاد چهار گانه به انضمام مولفه ها و شاخص های آنها بدست آمد. یافته ها:یافته ها نشان داد، ریشه اعتراضات اجتماعی در جامعه ایران با لحاظ مسائل، اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی، عمدتا فرهنگی است.که با تاکید بر الگوی فرهنگ عمومی و ابعاد ، مولفه ها و شاخص های آن قابل مدیریت می باشد.ارائه الگوی شایسته مدیریت اعتراضات اجتماعی در ایران مبتنی بر فرهنگ عمومی ، است . تفاصيل المقالة
