Cellular manufacturing (CM) is one of the most important subfields in the design of manufacturing systems and as a recently emerged field of study and practice, virtual cellular manufacturing (VCM) inherits the importance from CM. One type of VCM problems is VCM with alternative processing routes from which the route for processing each part should be selected. In this research, a bi-objective mathematical programming model is designed in order to obtain optimal routing of parts, the layout of machines and the assignment of cells to locations and to minimize the production costs and to balance the cell loads. The proposed mathematical model is solved by multi-choice goal programming (MCGP). Since CM models are NP-Hard, a genetic algorithm (GA) is utilized to solve the model for large-sized problem instances and the results obtained from both methods are compared. تعهد یکی از پیش بینی کننده های مهم تمایل افراد برای ماندن در ازدواج و عاملی تعیین کننده در طول مدت و کیفیت آن است. با توجه به اهمیت عوامل فرهنگی در این زمینه، هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین نقش الگوهای تعاملی و رفتارهای مراقبتی افراد متاهل در پیش بینی تعهد زناشویی آنان بود. برای این منظور، 120 نفر از افراد متاهل شهر تهران به صورت دردسترس از هر یک از 5 منطقه تهران (شمال، جنوب، شرق، غرب و مرکز) انتخاب و از نظر تعهد زناشویی، تعامل زوجین و رفتارهای مراقبتی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که الگوی ارتباطی مثبت و منفی بین همسران، توانایی پیش بینی تعهد اخلاقی و شخصی را دارد. همچنین رفتار مراقبتی حفظ نزدیکی و حساس، توانایی پیش بینی تعهد اخلاقی، و رفتار مراقبتی حساس و وسواس گونه، توانایی پیش بینی تعهد شخصی را دارند. به علاوه، الگوی ارتباطی مثبت و منفی، رفتار مراقبتی حساس و رفتار مراقبتی کنترل کننده، توان پیش بینی تعهد اخلاقی را دارند، و رفتار مراقبتی حفظ نزدیکی و الگوی ارتباطی مثبت، توان پیش بینی تعهد شخصی را دارند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که الگوهای ارتباطی و سبک مراقبتی افراد متاهل که بر مبنای سبک دلبستگی آنها شکل می گیرد، نقش مهمی در میزان تعهد زناشویی آنان دارند. بنابراین می توان با تقویت الگوهای ارتباطی و رفتارهای مراقبتی مثبت در روابط زوج به تقویت تعهد شخصی و اخلاقی آنها کمک کرد. تفاصيل المقالة
