In this paper we introduce an approach to increase integration rate of elements of a current source circuit. Framework the approach we consider a hetero-structure with special configuration. Several specific areas of the heterostructure should be doped by diffusion or ion implantation. Annealing of dopant and/or radiation defects should be optimized. تفاصيل المقالة

In this paper we presents a model to prognosis of proceeds of industrial enterprises. The model gives a possibility to analyze proceeds of enterprises with account of changing of quantity of manufactured products. The model gives a possibility to analyze proceeds of enterprises with account of changing of quantity of manufactured products. At the same time the model gives a possibility to take into account various expenses (raw materials, transportation costs, ...). An analytical approach for analysis of the influence of various parameters on the considered proceeds has been introduced. تفاصيل المقالة
