Production and preparation of many parts of the aircraft body including wings with long length, smooth form, and large radius of curvature are amongst the most important challenges in this industry. In this paper, the effective factors in the rubber pad forming method on a pieces contain curvature radius have been investigated by finite element method. The effect of variables such as curvature radius, sheet thickness, rubber pad thickness, rubber hardness, lubrication condition, spring back phenomena have been analyzed. To validate the finite elements simulation, the experimental results were compared. Then, other above-mentioned variants were studied. The obtained results indicate that there is a close differentiation between the numerical and experimental works. Moreover, the cited parameters have different effect on part quality تفاصيل المقالة

تولید و تهیه‌ی بسیاری از قسمت‌های بدنه هواپیما از جمله بال‌ها که دارای طولی بلند و فرمی هموار با شعاع انحنا بزرگی می‌باشند از مهم‌ترین مسائل چالش‌انگیز در این صنعت می‌باشد. در این مقاله عوامل موثر در روش شکل‌دهی با کمک بالشتک لاستیکی بر روی قطعات دارای شعاع انحنا و عوامل موثر بر آن به کمک روش المان محدود مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. اثر متغیرهایی نظیر شعاع انحنا، میزان ضخامت ورق، ضخامت لاستیک، میزان سختی لاستیک، شرایط روانکاری و اصطکاک بر پدیده‌ی برگشت فنری و بیش‌ترین میزان تنش مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. در ابتدا به‌منظور اعتبار سنجی نتایج شبیه‌سازی اجزا محدود، نتایج تجربی با نتایج شبیه‌سازی مقایسه شده است تا صحت عملیات مشخص شود. پس از آن به بررسی کامل سایر متغیرهای ذکر شده پرداخته می‌شود. نتایج نشان‌دهنده نزدیکی نتایج عددی و تجربی و نیز موثر بودن پارمترهای ذکر شده می‌باشد. تفاصيل المقالة
