1 - Biosynthesis of Silver Nanoparticles using Bacillus subtilis Bacterium Cultured in Corn Steep Liquor and Evaluation of its Antibacterial ActivityJournal of Applied Chemical Research , العدد 1 , السنة 18 , بهار 1403In this study, the biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles was done using Bacillus subtilis bacterium cultured in corn steep liquor (CSL) nutrient. The biosynthesized nanoparticles were characterized by several techniques including FT-IR, XRD, UV-Vis, SEM, EDX, and TEM. The absorption spectrum of the nanoparticles indicated the maximum absorption at 436 nm. The SEM image confirmed the nanoparticles had polydisperse spherical morphology (~20nm). Also, the TEM image showed the nanoparticles had spherical or elliptical shape and the approximate diameter of the particles was between 10-20 nm. Morphological studies showed that the nanoparticles were completely separated and no aggregation was observed. Moreover, XRD studies confirmed that the produced nanoparticles were crystallized in the FCC crystal lattice. The antibacterial activity results indicated that the synthesized nanoparticles had significant effect against Escherichia coli bacteria, and the inhibition zone was equal to Gentamicin. So, the production of silver nanoparticles using green method is economically very economical, and can be a method for the production of silver nanoparticles in industrial scale. تفاصيل المقالة -

2 - بازشناختی دوپامین با استفاده از دوپار کینون–هیدروکینون کالیکس[4]آرنپژوهش های کاربردی در شیمی , العدد 5 , السنة 12 , زمستان 1402در این پژوهش، یک کالیکس دوپار بدون پل جدید، با یک راهبرد نو، شرایط مناسب و راحت تهیهشده است. دوپار کینون- هیدروکینون کالیکس[4]آرن(4) از واکنش مشتق منوکینون کالیکس[4]آرن(3) درحضور کاتالیست مس استات (II) و 1و4- دیآمینوبوتان تهیه و ساختار دوپار بهدست آمده با روشهای متف أکثردر این پژوهش، یک کالیکس دوپار بدون پل جدید، با یک راهبرد نو، شرایط مناسب و راحت تهیهشده است. دوپار کینون- هیدروکینون کالیکس[4]آرن(4) از واکنش مشتق منوکینون کالیکس[4]آرن(3) درحضور کاتالیست مس استات (II) و 1و4- دیآمینوبوتان تهیه و ساختار دوپار بهدست آمده با روشهای متفاوت طیفسنجی ازجمله IR،13CNMR،1HNMRو MS موردبررسی و تأیید قرار گرفت. ازآنجاییکه مولکولهای درشتحلقه و بهویژه مشتقهای کالیکس[4]آرنها گیرندههای مناسبی برای بازشناسایی مولکولهای طبیعی هستند، از ترکیب تهیهشده به این منظور استفاده شد. همچنین، به دلیل نقش کلیدی که دوپامین در عملکرد قلب، عروق و سامانه عصبی مرکزی دارد، این ترکیب بهعنوان مهمان انتخاب شد. ثابت تشکیل کمپلکس بین ترکیب 4 (میزبان) و دوپامین (مهمان) با استفاده از طیفسنج فلورسانس محاسبه شد. دادههای بهدست آمده افزونبر آن که بهخوبی نشاندهنده توانایی دوپار تهیهشده در شناسایی انتخابی دوپامین است، از تکرارپذیری مناسبی نیز برخوردار بوده است. تفاصيل المقالة -
