ملخص المقالة :
عروسک پشت پرده با نام علمی Physalis divaricata D. Don.، گیاهی علفی متعلق به تیره سیب زمینی یا تاج ریزی (Solanaceae) دارای آلکالوئیدهای تروپانی: آتروپین، اسکوپولامین و فیزالین از سکواستروئیدها، می باشد. در این پژوهش، از اندام های مختلف (برگ، ساقه، ریشه، گل و میوه) گیاه عروسک پشت پرده در گل خانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد شهرکرد و زمان گلدهی در اردیبهشت 1394 برداشت گردید، عصاره اتانولی نمونهها با استفاده از دستگاه سوکسلوله استخراج و بهترتیب میزان آتروپین، اسکوپولامین و فیزالین B با استفاده از کرماتوگرافی مایع با کارآیی بالاHPLC ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ زﻳﺮ ﻣﻨﺤﻨﻲ ﻫﺎی و ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ آن ها ﺑﺎ ﻣﻨﺤﻨﻲ ﻫﺎی اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺑﺎ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار ﺑﺮای ﻫﺮﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اندازهگیری شد. نتایج ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ در ﺳﻄﺢ 5 درﺻﺪ حاکی از آن است که بیشترین میزان فیزالین، اسکوپولامین و آتروپین، بهترتیب در عصاره های میوه، گل و برگهای گیاه مشاهده گردید. بررسی یافتهها حاکی از تنوع فیتوشیمیایی مواد موثره در اندام های مختلف گیاه بود.
