بررسی ترکیبات فیتوشیمیایی و آنتیاکسیدانی اندامهای مختلف گیاه دارویی Ferula assafoetida L. در دو رویشگاه طبیعی استانهای سمنان و خراسان

این تحقیق با هدف بررسی فیتوشیمیایی و آنتیاکسیدانی اندامهای مختلف گیاه آنغوزه (Ferula assafoetida L.) در دو استان سمنان و خراسان رضوی در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. اندازهگیری میزان فنلکل با استفاده از روش فولین- سیوکالتیو، فلاونوئید کل با روش کلرید آلومینیوم، تانن (فولیندنیس) و ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی نمونهها نیز با استفاده از روشهای DPPH و FRAP اندازهگیری گردیدند. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که بیشترین میزان فنل کل (014/1 و 8/2 میلیگرم گالیک اسید در یک گرم عصاره خشک) بهترتیب در عصاره برگ از استان خراسان و سمنان مشاهده گردید. حداکثر میزان تانن بهترتیب در عصارههای ساقه و برگ استان خراسان و سمنان مشاهده شد. بیشترین فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی در روش DPPH (08/1111 و 61/731 میکروگرم بر میلیلیتر) بهترتیب در عصاره ریشه نمونه خراسان و عصاره ساقه سمنان مشاهده شد. به طورکلی، بالاترین میزان ترکیبات فنل و فلاونوئید کل بهترتیب در عصاره برگ و ریشه گیاه در استان سمنان بدست آمد. همچنین اندام ریشه در خراسان از بالاترین عملکرد آنتیاکسیدانی در مهار رادیکالهای آزاد برخوردار بود. بررسی دادهها حاکی از آن است که کیفیت و کمیت ترکیبات شیمیایی و عملکرد آنتیاکسیدانی آنها بسته به نوع اندام، تنوع رویشگاهی و سپس روشهای ارزیابی متفاوت است.
