This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture factors and employees’ group dynamics in General Office of Education in Mazandaran province during 2013-2014. It is a descriptive-survey research. The statistical population consists of 273 employees working in General Office of Education in Mazandaran province by whom 120 people are selected by stratified random sampling method based on gender. Data is collected by questionnaires about the kinds of organizational culture and the group dynamics. For statistical analysis, some ways such as frequency based on number, percentage, mean and diagram are used. Also, to evaluate the acceptability of each hypothesis, Pearson correlation coefficient test is used. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient represent a positive and significant relationship between innovation variables, guidance, integration and group dynamics. Also, based on these results, there is no significant relationship between risk-taking variable and the variable of group dynamics.
