ارزیابی و تحلیل مؤلفه های زیست پذیری مناطق هشت گانه شهر اهواز

ملخص المقالة :
افت کیفیت زندگی شهری براثر شکلگیری و بروز مشکلات پیچیده در ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیستمحیطی، کالبدی و نهادی، استفاده از الگوی مدیریت خوب شهری را با هدف ارتقای زیستپذیری ضروری ساخته است. هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی و تحلیل مؤلفههای زیست پذیری مناطق هشتگانه شهر اهواز میباشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. بهمنظور گردآوری دادههای پژوهش، از دو شیوة تحلیل اسنادی و پیمایشی بهره گرفته شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با کارشناسان بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش، حدود 200 نفر کارشناسان شهر اهواز بودند که 62 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل از آزمون t تک نمونهای استفاده شد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای کمی نشان داد میانگین کل شاخص محیط شهری در شهر اهواز 86/1، تاریخ شهری 9/1، مدیریت شهری 92/1، خدمات و زیرساختهای شهری 20/2 و اقتصاد 76/1 میباشد که در شهر اهواز وضعیت شاخص خدمات و زیرساختهای از بقیه شاخصها بهتر و شاخص اقتصاد از بقیه شاخصها وضعیت بدتری دارد ودر بین مناطق منطقه دو وضعیت بهتری در تمامی مؤلفهها داشت و منطقه 7 وضعیت نامطلوبی در مؤلفههای زیستپذیری در بین بقیه مناطق داشت.
