تأثیر تمرین هوازی و کورکومین بر سطوح آپلین، مقاومت به انسولین و گلوکز در موشهای صحرایی مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهشهای پیشین تأثیر مثبت تمرین هوازی و کورکومین را بر دیابت نشان دادهاند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر تمرین هوازی با و بدون مکمل کورکومین بر سطوح آپلین، مقاومت به انسولین و گلوکز در موش های مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بود. مواد و روش ها: 40 سر موش صحرایی نر بهطور تصادفی به 5 گروه 8 تایی شامل شاهد سالم، شاهد دیابتی، دیابت+کورکومین، دیابت+ تمرین هوازی، دیابت +کورکومین + تمرین هوازی تقسیم شدند. پس از اعمال مداخله بر اساس نام گروه حیوانات قربانی شدند و متغیرهای مورد نظر در نمونههای پلاسمایی جمع آوری شده اندازهگیری شدند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه آنالیز شدند و ارزش P کمتر از 05/0 بهعنوان تفاوت معنیدار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط باعث افزایش سطوح آپلین (05/0P<) و کاهش مقاومت انسولینی (05/0P<) و گلوکز (05/0P<) پلاسمای موشهای دیابتی شد. استفاده از کورکومین نیز باعث افزایش سطوح آپلین (05/0P<) و کاهش مقاومت انسولینی (05/0P<) و گلوکز (05/0P<) پلاسمای موشهای دیابتی شد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط میتواند راهحلی مناسب برای کاهش قند خون و جلوگیری از افزایش آن در پی بیماری دیابت شود. همچنین، مصرف کورکومین در محدوده مقادیر سلامت به همراه تمرین هوازی میتواند بر حصول نتایج بهتر تأثیر بگذارد.
