مطالعة عوامل حیاتی موفقیت مدیریت دانش در سازمانهای پروژهمحور با تأکید بر نقش کلیدی مدیران میانی(نمونة موردی: شرکت مهندسی بینالمللی فولاد تکنیک)

ملخص المقالة :
امروزه مدیریت دانش به عنوان یک نیاز راهبردی برای سازمانها مطرح است به طوری که همواره یکی از معضلات اساسی سازمانها، نداشتن اطلاعات کافی از میزان دانایی و دانش افرادِ موجود می باشد. در نتیجه، مدیریت دانش یکی از عوامل حیاتی موفقیت در سازمانهای امروزی محسوب شده و این امر در سازمانهای پروژهمحور از اهمیت دوچندانی برخوردار است. مقالة پیش رو، نتایج پژوهشی است که قلمرو موضوعی آن در زمینة مدیریت دانش در سازمانهای پروژهمحور بوده و بررسی موضوع، در طبقهی مدیران میانی چنین سازمانهایی میباشد. در این پژوهش پرسشنامهای محققساخته بر اساس مطالعات "هادی دارمی"، طراحی و پس از تأیید روایی ظاهری و محتوایی؛ با استفاده از روش سرشماری، در نمونة آماری پژوهش (شامل 35 نفر) توزیع شد. پایایی یا قابلیت اعتماد پرسش نامه نیز از طریق روش اندازهگیری آلفای کرونباخ (یا روش همسانی درونی اجزاء) انجام و برابر با 916/0 محاسبه گردید. در این مقاله برای بررسی موضوع، از آمار توصیفی، آزمون کولموگروف_اسمیرنف تکنمونهای، ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، آزمون دوجملهای (یا آزمون نسبت)، آزمون فریدمن (یا آزمون تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه)، و در آخر نیز از روش تاپسیس استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد در این سازمان، وضعیت عوامل زیرساخت سازمانی، انگیزش کارکنان، و مدیریت منابع انسانی در سطح متوسط و وضعیت عوامل راهبرد و هدف، رهبری و پشتیبانی مدیریت، آموزش، فناوری اطلاعات، و فرهنگ در سطح خوبی میباشد. همچنین، اولویت عوامل از نظر مدیران میانی به این ترتیب است: راهبرد و هدف، فناوری اطلاعات، زیرساخت سازمانی، رهبری و پشتیبانی مدیریت، آموزش، فرهنگ، مدیریت منابع انسانی، و انگیزش کارکنان.
