طراحی و تدوین الگویی برای ارزشیابی اثربخشی و عملکرد اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی استان آذربایجان شرقی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و تدوین الگویی برای ارزشیابی اثربخشی و عملکرد اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی استان آذربایجان شرقی بوده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی و جامعه آماری آن شامل تمامی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی استان آذربایجان شرقی در سال تحصیلی 93-92 برابر 1950 نفر می باشد .حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان، 320 نفر برآورد گردیده است. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای و در دل خوشه ها از روش طبقه ای نسبتی استفاده شده است.با مطالعه مبانی و پیشینه تحقیق، مؤلفه های الگوی ارزشیابی استخراج و زیر طبقات هر مؤلفه نیز به طور جداگانه مشخص شدند. سپس با الهام از مؤلفه های اصلی و فرعی ابزار پژوهش در قالب پرسش نامه 80 سؤالی بسته پاسخ در طیف لیکرت تنظیم گردید. روایی پرسش نامه با استفاده از روایی صوری و پایایی آن با بهره گیری از تکنیک آلفای کرونباخ 95% محاسبه گردید.نتایج آزمون تحلیل عاملی نشان دادکه هفت مؤلفه تعهد حرفه ای، فعالیت های پژوهشی، توسعه حرفه ای، تدریس و فعالیت های آموزشی، مشاوره، خدمات اجرایی و علمی و فعالیت های سیاسی و اجتماعی الگوی ارائه شده مورد تأیید هستند.
