ملخص المقالة :
تولید به موقع تفکر و نگرشی نوین در اداره سازمانهای صنعتی است که اصول، روشها و تکنیکهای برخاسته از آن، حذف کامل و جامع اتلاف و افزایش بهره وری را در تمامی فعالیتها اعم از داخل و خارج سازمان دنبال می کند. بر همین اساس نیز هدف این تحقیق بررسی مقایسه ای مولفه های تولید به موقع در گروه های مختلف صنعتی تبریز می باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل576 کارخانه در چهار صنعت ماشین آلات و تجهزات، مواد و محصولات شیمیایی، منسوجات و الکترونیک و وسایل مرتبط در اندازه های کوچک و متوسط در شهر تبریز می باشد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از تعیین رابطه در جامعه های محدود 313 نفر تعیین شده است که به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای نسبی این افراد مشخص شده اند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره استفاده گردیده است. نتایج بررسی ها نشان می دهد که بین چهار صنعت در مؤلفه های تولید ناب تفاوت وجود دارد.
