ارزیابی کارایی و رتبه بندی صنعت بیمه ایران با استفاده از رویکرد پویای تحلیل پنجره ای داده ها

ملخص المقالة :
یکی از موارد مهم در برنامه ششم توسعه، موضوع صنعت بیمه است، صنعتی که اگر ترقی یابد، در ایجاد و استحکام اقتصاد مقاومتی تاثیرگذار خواهد بود. ارزیابی کارایی، جزء عناصر اصلی چرخه بهرهوری است و به عنوان سیستم کنترلی برای دیگر ارکان چرخه مزبور عمل میکند. در این پژوهش برای ارزیابی کارایی بیمه های دولتی و خصوصی، مدلی جامع با استفاده از مدل های تحلیل پوششی دادهها طراحی گردیده که از دقت و صحت بالایی برخوردار می باشد. مدل مزبور به دلیل در نظر گرفتن عامل زمان به عنوان واحد تصمیمگیرنده مدل پویای تحلیل پنجره ای داده ها نام گرفته است. در این پژوهش ابتدا با استفاده از ادبیات موضوع و نظر خبرگان مراکز تحقیقاتی، معیارهای ارزیابی به دست آمده، سپس با استفاده از تحلیل پنجره ای داده ها طی سال های 1385 تا 1391، کارایی هر واحد مشخص می شود و در نهایت واحدها رتبه بندی می شوند. با بررسی مطالعات انجام شده سه شاخص جمع تعداد کارکنان، تعداد کل شعب و کل دارایی ها به عنوان ورودی و پنج شاخص خسارت پرداختی، تعداد بیمه نامه های صادره، تعدادخسارت های پرداختی، درآمد حق بیمه تولیدی و سود و زیان خالص به عنوان خروجی مدل در نظر گرفته شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که بیمه ملت برای تمام سال ها در سطح کارایی کامل نسبت به سایر بیمه های رقیب قرار دارد.
