مقایسه لنگرهای شغلی و تعهد سازمانی بین اعضای هیأت علمی تربیت بدنی و غیر تربیت بدنی دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی ایران

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از این تحقیق، مقایسه لنگرهای شغلی و تعهد سازمانی اعضای هیأت علمی تربیت بدنی و غیرتربیت بدنی است. روش تحقیق نیمه تجربی و از نوع بعد از وقوع است. متغیر مستقل، دو جامعه تحت بررسی و متغیر تابع، لنگرهای شغلی و تعهد سازمانی است. آزمودنی ها عبارت بودند از 115 هیأت علمی تربیت بدنی و 218 هیأت علمی غیرتربیت بدنی دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی مراکز استان های ایران، که بر اساس جدول مورگان و به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسش نامه های لنگرهای شغلی شاین و تعهد سازمانی میر و آلن که پس از اعتباریابی بین آزمودنی ها توزیع شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که بین لنگرهای شغلی اعضای هیأت علمی تربیت بدنی و غیرتربیت بدنی در برخی مولفه ها تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد و در مورد تعهد سازمانی تفاوتی بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد. در بررسی ارتباط بین لنگرهای شغلی و تعهد سازمانی ارتباط معنی داری بین لنگرهای شغلی و تعهد سازمانی مشاهده شد.
