سنجش و تبیین میزان تأثیرات هوش هیجانی بر عوامل اجتماعی-روانی بهره وری نیروی انسانی با تأکید بر نقش میانجی خلاقیت هیجانی

ملخص المقالة :
این تحقیق به بررسی تأثیرات هوش هیجانی بر عوامل اجتماعی- روانی بهره وری نیروی انسانی با تاکید بر نقش میانجی خلاقیت هیجانی می پردازد. جامعه آماری تحقیق کارکنان بانک ملت منطقه 2 استان تهران می باشند که تعداد 248 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان برای تحلیل داده ها انتخاب شدند. انتخاب منطقه 2 از طریق روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای و انتخاب نمونه تحقیق، از طریق روش نمونه گیری تصادفی-طبقه ای انجام شده است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده گردیده است. ابعاد هوش هیجانی بر اساس مدل بار آن(1980) و پرسشنامه استاندارد آن، ابعاد خلاقیت هیجانی بر اساس مدل آوریل(1999) و پرسشنامه استاندارد آن و ابعاد عوامل بهره وری بر اساس مدل طواری و سوخوکیان و میر نژاد(1387) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شده می باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با روش واریانس محور استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد رانشان می دهند که هوش هیجانی تأثیرات مثبت و معنادار بر عوامل اجتماعی-روانی بهره وری نیروی انسانی از طریق خلاقیت هیجانی دارد.
