بررسی ارتباط بین سرسختی روانشناختی و خود تاب آوری با فرسودگی شغلی

هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه سرسختی روانشناختی و خودتاب آوری با فرسودگی شغلی در کارکنان زندان های استان اردبیل بود. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 100 نفر کارکنان زندان های استان اردبیل بود که از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های سرسختی روانشناختی کوباسا، پرسشنامه تاب آوری کونور و دیویدسون(CD-RIS) و فرسودگی شغلی مسلش استفاده شده است. نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین تاب آوری و سرسختی رابطه مستقیمی وجود دارد (409/0=r ). بین تاب آوری و تحلیل عاطفی رابطه معکوس معناداری وجود دارد (386/0- =r ). بین تاب آوری و مسخ شخصیت رابطه معکوس و معناداری وجود دارد (379/0- =r ). بین سرسختی وتحلیل عاطفی رابطه معکوس و معناداری وجود دارد(344/0- =r ). بین سرسختی و مسخ شخصیت رابطه معکوس معناداری وجود دارد (438/0- =r ). بین تاب آوری و سرسختی با فقدان موفقیت فردی رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد (083/0=r ). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری نشان داد که تاب آوری و سرسختی در پیش بینی فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان زندان های استان اردبیل سهم معناداری دارند. یعنی متغیرهای تاب آوری و سرسختی فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان زندان های استان اردبیل را پیش بینی می کنند.
