بررسی رابطه بین ابعاد کیفیت زندگیکاری با بهرهوری کارکنان (مطالعه موردی)

ملخص المقالة :
با توجه به میزان اهمیت بهره وری و نیز توجه به متغیر های سازمانی که بر بهره ور بودن یا نبودن یک سازمان ممکن است تاثیر بگذارد، مطالعات مختلفی صورت گرفته است. در یک سازمان بررسی کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان یکی از مولفه های تاثیرگذار بر بهره ور بودن آن سازمان است. لذا بر حسب اهمیت در شرکت قطعه سازی سامان صنعت آذربایجان غربی نسبت به بررسی موضوع فوق اقدام گردید. از 210 نفر کل پرسنل این شرکت، 136 نفر طبق جدول گرسی و مورگان به عنوان تعداد نمونه انتخاب گردید. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد کیفیت زندگی کاری و بهره وری استفاده شد که مقدار آلفای کرونباخ برای دو پرسشنامه به ترتیب برابر 98/0 و 86/0 محاسبه گردید. همچنین تعداد 8 فرضیه بر اساس ابعاد کیفیت زندگی کاری مطرح گردید که در نهایت با توجه به خروجی اطلاعات و تحلیل آنها تعداد هفت فرضیه تائید و فرضیه ششم پژوهش رد گردید. بر این اساس به غیر از رابطه بین بهره وری و توازن بین کار و زندگی در سایر ابعاد رابطه معناداری میان بهره وری و کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان شرکت قطعه سازی سامان صنعت آذربایجان غربی مشاهده می شود.
