ملخص المقالة :
مسئله‌ی رهبری اثربخش همواره یکی از مسایل حل نشده‌ی سازمان‌ها بوده است. چنان چه شیوه‌ی رهبری مدیران با نیازها و انگیزه‌ها همسو باشد، تحقق اهداف سازمان تسهیل خواهد شد. پژوهش حاضر در پی بررسی رابطه‌ی بین سبک رهبری و انگیزه‌ی مدیران سطح عملیاتی و میانی شرکت پمپیران می‌باشد. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی سبک رهبری مدیران سطوح مذکور و ارتباط آن با انگیزه‌های آنان است.رابطه‌ی بین متغیرهای فوق به وسیله‌ی ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تعیین و با استفاده از آزمون t استیودنت مورد آزمون قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه بیان‌گر وجود همبستگی معکوس ناقص بین سبک رهبری آمرانه و انگیزه و نیز همبستگی مستقیم بین سبک رهبری مشارکتی و انگیزه در هر دو سطح بود.
