ارائه مدل درخت ارزیابی فازی برای بررسی سیستم های ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان و انتخاب سیستم ارزیابی مناسب برای واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی آذربایجان شرقی

در عصر پیشرفت های مداوم، دوران ارزش افزوده، عصر انجام فعالیت های زیاد با امکانات محدود و بالاخره دوران ارتقاء بهره وری، وجود یک نظام ارزیابی عملکرد نامناسب می تواند نارسایی مهمی محسوب شود. در این مقاله سعی شده است برای جلوگیری از تبعات ناشی از نظام ارزیابی نامطلوب در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان آذربایجان شرقی، مدل درخت فازی را جهت بررسی روش های ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان ارائه دهیم و بر اساس این مدل روش ارزیابی عملکرد مناسب برای هر یک از واحدها را انتخاب نمائیم. برای این کار ابتدا عوامل موثر در تعیین روش ارزیابی عملکرد را مشخص کردیم و با استفاده از این عوامل به بررسی روش های ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان پرداختیم. در این رابطه از نظرات اساتید و خبرگان منابع انسانی استفاده کرده و با استفاده از دانش اخذ شده از خبرگان منابع انسانی، پایگاه دانش ایجاد شده و با استفاده از پایگاه دانش و الگوریتم و مجموعه های فازی، مدل درخت فازی ارائه گردیده است. سپس با توزیع پرسش نامه مقادیر هر یک از متغییرهای مورد بررسی (عوامل موثر در تعیین روش ارزیابی عملکرد) برای هر یک از واحدهای مورد مطالعه تعیین شده و در نهایت با استفاده از این مقادیر کسب شده اولویت روش های ارزیابی عملکرد برای هر یک از واحدها مشخص شده است. در مرحله بعد با استفاده از تصمیم گیری چند معیاره فازی اولویت انتخاب روش های ارزیابی برای هر یک از واحدها را بر اساس ارزش تصمیم (مقدار تامین اهداف) آنها مشخص گردیده است.
