بررسی رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی و باورهای غیرمنطقی با رضایت شغلی در بین کارکنان شرکت سهامی خاص مخابرات استان آذر بایجان شرقی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی و باورهای غیر منطقی با رضایت شغلی است. بدین منظور 100 آزمودنی از میان کارکنان شرکت سهامی خاص مخابرات استان آذر بایجان شرقی با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب و با استفاده از آزمون شخصیت NEO-FFI، باورهای غیر منطقی جونز (IBT) و آزمونزمینهیابی رضایت شغلی اسپکتور مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. روش پژوهش، از نوع همبستگی است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون رگرسیون چند متغیری، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون t استفاده شد. آزمون فرضیه ها نشان داد که بین ویژگی های شخصیتی و رضایت شغلی رابطه معنی داری وجود ندارد و هیچ یک از ویژگی های شخصیتی نمی توانند رضایت شغلی افراد را پیش بینی کنند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین باورهای غیرمنطقی و رضایت شغلی رابطه معنی داری وجود ندارد. یافته ها بیانگر این بود که بین ویژگی های شخصیتی و باورهای غیرمنطقی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد و ویژگی شخصیتی روان رنجوری می تواند باورهای غیرمنطقی افراد را پیش بینی کند. یافته های دیگر حاکی از این امر بود که تفاوت معنی داری بین زنان و مردان از نظر باورهای غیرمنطقی وجود دارد و آزمودنی های زن در مقایسه با آزمودنی های مرد از باورهای غیرمنطقی بیشتری برخوردار بودند، اما بین دو گروه زن و مرد از نظر رضایت شغلی تفاوت معنی داری به دست نیامد.
