نقش سرمایه اجتماعی در ارتقای تسهیم دانش و بهرهوری کارکنان در سازمانهای صنعتی دانشبنیان

سازمانهای صنعتی دانشبنیان برای تولید محصولات با کیفیت در کوتاهترین زمان و با کمترین هزینه، نیازمند دسترسی بموقع به دانش مورد نیاز میباشند. بنابراین تسهیم دانش یکی از مهمترین عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در چنین سازمانهایی است. اما میزان تسهیم دانش میان کارکنان، خود متأثر از عوامل متعددی بوده و دربردارنده پیامدهای مفید متفاوتی برای سازمانها میباشد. از این رو در این تحقیق تلاش میشود در قالب مدلی یکپارچه، ارتباط میان توانمندسازها، فرآیندها و نتیجه تسهیم دانش در سازمانهای صنعتی دانشبنیان بررسی شود. عوامل سرمایه اجتماعی به عنوان توانمندسازها، جمعآوری دانش و اهدای دانش به عنوان فرآیندها و بهرهوری کارکنان به عنوان نتیجه تسهیم دانش مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی - پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه میباشد. برای آزمون در این تحقیق فرضیهها نیز از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل 143 داده گردآوری شده از 10 سازمان مورد مطالعه حاکی از اثر مثبت و معنادار پیوندهای متقابل اجتماعی و اعتماد بر روی تمایل کارکنان به جمعآوری دانش و نیز اثر اعتماد بر روی تمایل کارکنان به اهدای دانش میباشد. علاوه بر این، اثر معنادار تمایل کارکنان به جمعآوری و اهدای دانش بر روی بهرهوری کارکنان تأیید شد. در نهایت با توجه به یافتههای تحقیق، توصیههایی برای شاغلان حرفهای در حوزه مدیریت دانش به منظور ارتقای بهرهوری کارکنان از طریق توسعه راهبردهای تسهیم دانش به همراه پیشنهادهایی برای محققان آتی جهت تکمیل اهداف تحقیق حاضر ارائه میشود.
