فراترکیب پیشایندهای بهرهوری سازمانی مبتنی بر تئوری نهادگرایی جدید

ملخص المقالة :
امروزه بهرهوری نقش مهمی را در توسعه اقتصادی کشورها ایفا میکند و در شرایط کنونی، توجه به بهرهوری از یک انتخاب فراتر رفته، به یک ضرورت تبدیل گردیده است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی پیشایندهای بهرهوری سازمانی مبتنی بر تئوری نهادگرایی جدید انجام شده است. نوع پژوهش از نظر هدف توسعهای است. بدین منظور پس از جستجو در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی، در فاصله زمانی 1998 تا 2022، تعداد 671 مقاله در حوزه بهرهوری ارزیابی و در نهایت 65 مقاله به روش هدفمند انتخاب و وارد مرحله تحلیل شدند. بر اساس چارچوب نهایی پژوهش، پیشایندهای بهرهوری سازمانی مبتنی بر تئوری نهادگرایی جدید در قالب دو مقوله اصلی و هشت مقوله فرعی دستهبندی گردیدند. مقولههای اصلی حاصل از نتایج پژوهش عبارتند از: پیشایندهای درونسازمانی و پیشایندهای نهادی، پیشایندهای درونسازمانی شامل پنج مقوله فرعی رهبری و مدیریت بهرهوری، استراتژی و خطمشی سازمان در قبال بهرهوری، کارکنان، منابع سازمانی و فرایندهای سازمانی میباشند و پیشایندهای نهادی شامل سه مقوله فرعی الزامات قانونی/ اجباری، الزامات هنجاری و الزامات تقلیدی/حرفهای هستند. چارچوب بهدستآمده را میتوان بهعنوان ابزاری برای برنامهریزی راهبردی در حوزه بهرهوری سازمانی مورد استفاده قرار داد.
