ملخص المقالة :
هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر طراحی مدل احیای شرکتهای راکد و نیمه فعال تولیدی و صنایع غذایی کوچک و متوسط استان اردبیل است، بدین منظور با مرور پیشینه و مصاحبه با خبرگان از طریق روش دلفی فازی در ابتدا مؤلفههای تأثیرگذار بر احیای این شرکتها شناسایی گردید که 97 مؤلفه به دست آمدند. سپس براساس تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی به بررسی رابطه میان مؤلفه ها اقدام شد. بدین منظور عوامل در 10 بعد تعیین و بهواسطه تبیین رابطه بین مؤلفهها و ابعاد با استفاده از روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی نسبت به رتبهبندی ابعاد براساس نظرات خبرگان به تعداد 48 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان عالیرتبه صنایع کوچک و متوسط غذایی در استان اردبیل اقدام گردید. نتایج به ترتیب نشانگر اولویت عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل مرتبط با تأمین زیرساخت، عوامل مرتبط با فرآیندهای تحقیق و توسعه، عوامل مربوط به مشکلات مالی، عوامل حقوقی و قضایی داشته و عوامل ناشی از اثرات تحریم، عوامل مربوط به بازار، وضع قوانین محل کسبوکار، عوامل سازماندهی مدیریت و کارکنان و عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی در اولویتهای بعدی قرار داشتند. در با توجه به اهداف تحقیق به خوشهبندی صنایع غذایی فعال در استان اردبیل براساس مستندات موجود پرداخته شد که با توجه به نتایج، صنایع مربوط در پنج خوشه قرار گرفتند، بر مبنای خوشهبندی موجود و با استناد به عوامل مهم احیا شناسایی شده در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط، اقدام به تعیین ضریب تأثیر هر مجموعه عوامل در هر خوشه با استفاده از روش رگرسیون چند متغیره شد و درنهایت مدل احیای مناسب برای هر خوشه شناسایی و ارائه گردید.
