بررسی تأثیر انحراف خلاق بر اینرسی نوآوری با نقش میانجی هوشمندی منابع انسانی (مورد مطالعه: سازمان های دانش بنیان استان لرستان)

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر انحراف خلاق بر اینرسی نوآوری با نقش میانجی هوشمندی منابع انسانی است. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و در زمره پژوهشهای توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 1600 نفر از کارکنان سازمانهای دانشبنیان استان لرستان هستند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تعداد اعضای نمونه آن 309 نفر برآورد شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد است که روایی آن با استفاده از روش اعتبار محتوا و پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. در این پژوهش برای بررسی و آزمون فرضیهها، رویکرد مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزارهای Smart Pls2 و Spss 19 به کار رفت. نتایج پژوهش نشاندهنده آن است که انحراف خلاق بر اینرسی نوآوری و هوشمندی منابع انسانی تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری دارد. همچنین نتایج پژوهش مبین آن است که هوشمندی منابع انسانی نقش میانجی در تأثیر انحراف خلاق بر اینرسی نوآوری دارد. ازاینرو بهعنوان یک نتیجه کلی میتوان گفت که در سازمانهای دانشبنیان منابع انسانی هوشمند با استفاده از انحراف خلاق و تخطی خلاقانه از مقررات بوروکراتیک و دست و پاگیر سازمان، موجب نوآوری شده، سازمانهای دانشبنیان را از اینرسی نوآوری به دور نگه میدارند.
