رابطه بین چرخش شغلی، سطح ریسک اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی و بهره وری نیروی انسانی(مطالعه موردی: شرکت کارتن ایران)

ملخص المقالة :
این مطالعه رابطه بین سازه های چرخش شغلی، اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی و بهره وری منابع انسانی در یک شرکت تولیدی را بررسی می کند. از طریق این بررسی، مقاله حاضر در صدد است تا تعاملات معنادار و اثرگذار میان این سازه ها را تعیین کند. به این منظور، تحقیقی تجربی با مشارکت 116 نفر از کارگران شرکت کارتن ایران اجرا شد. از روش های آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه (ANOVA)، آزمون T با دو نمونه مستقل و آزمون T با دو نمونه همبسته، برای تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده استفاده شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که بهره وری پرسنل دارای چرخش و بدون چرخش شغل، حائز اختلاف معنادار هستند. همچنین، بین سطح ریسک اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی مشاغل قبل و بعد از چرخش اختلاف معنادار مشاهده شد. با این حال، بین بهره وری پرسنل در مشاغل با سطوح متفاوت ریسک اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی، اختلاف معنادار دیده نشد. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان داد که سازه سطح ریسک اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی مشاغل، رابطه بین چرخش شغلی و بهره وری منابع انسانی را میانجی گری نمی کند.
