ملخص المقالة :
در مطالعات گوناگون اثرات ضدالتهابی و آنتی اکسیدانی گیاه خاکشیر اثبات شده است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی اثرات محافظتی عصاره خاکشیر در آسیب کبدی ناشی از تتراکلریدکربن در موش های صحرایی بود. در این مطالعه تجربی، تعداد 60 سر موش صحرایی نر بالغ نژاد ویستار به طور تصادفی به 10 گروه 6تایی تقسیم شدند که شامل گروه های: کنترل سالم، کنترل مسموم (تزریق داخل صفاقی 5/0 میلی لیتر بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن تتراکلریدکربن)، تجربی سالم (گاواژ عصاره اتانولی خاکشیر با دوزهای 10، 50، 100 و 200 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن)، تجربی مسموم (تزریق داخل صفاقی تتراکلریدکربن 5/0 میلی لیتر بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن و گاواژ عصاره اتانولی خاکشیر 10، 50، 100 و 200 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن) بودند. در پایان 28 روز (مدت زمان آزمایش)، سطح آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانی سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز و گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز و میزان مالوندیآلدئید در هموزنات کبدی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی بررسی و ملاک اختلاف آماری معنی دار، 05/0 p< بود. تتراکلریدکربن باعث کاهش معنی دار میزان آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانی و افزایش معنی دار میزان مالون دی آلدئید در بافت کبد گروه کنترل مسموم نسبت به گروه کنترل سالم شد (001/0p<). همچنین تیمار با عصاره خاکشیر بهصورت وابسته به دوز، باعث افزایش معنی دار سطح آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانی و کاهش معنی دار میزان مالون دی آلدئید در بافت کبد گروه تجربی مسموم نسبت به گروه کنترل مسموم گردید (05/0p<). نتایج مطالعه نشان داد گیاه خاکشیر احتمالاً به واسطه ترکیبات فلاونوئیدی خود باعث حذف رادیکال های آزاد و کاهش استرس اکسیداتیو ناشی از تتراکلریدکربن در بافت کبد موش صحرایی میشود.
