ملخص المقالة :
طاعون نشخوارکنندگان کوچک (peste des petits ruminants; PPR) بیماری ویروسی واگیردار مهم گوسفند و بز می باشد. با توجه به اهمیت PPR در سیستان، مضرات اقتصادی ناشی از تلفات و هزینه های درمانی، مصرف بالای گوشت دام به شیوه ذبح سنتی و عدم نظارت کافی بر سلامت دامها، مطالعه حاضر با هدف آسیب شناسی بافتی بیماری مذکور در جمعیت گوسفند و بز منطقه سیستان صورت گرفت. از 30 رأس گوسفند و بز گله های مشکوک به بیماری، نمونه های بافتی از دهان، ریه، رودهها و غدد لنفاوی جمعآوری و پس از تهیه مقطع مورد مطالعه میکروسکوپی قرار گرفتند. تعداد 9 نمونه دارای آسیب های بافتی بودند.داده ها با نرمافزار SPSS و آزمون کاپا مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. میزان آلودگی در گوسفند و بز به ترتیب 25/33 و 88/38 درصد بود که ارتباط آماری معنی داری بین گونه دامی و آسیب های بافتی همچون تجمع سلولهای آماسی چندهستهای و تشکیل سلولهای سینسیتیا مشاهده شد (05/0>p ). همچنینمیزان عفونت در سنین زیر دو سال و بالای دو سال به ترتیب 18/35و 8/22 درصدبود و ارتباط آماری معنی داری از نظر سن دام و شدت تجمع سلول های آماسی تک هستهای هم وجود داشت (05/0>p ). میزان آلودگی در جنس نر و ماده هم به ترتیب 98/49و 5/12 درصدبود و ارتباط آماریمعنی داری از نظر جنسیت دام و میزان بروز آسیب هایی چون تجمع سلول های آماسی چندهستهای، تشکیل سلول های سینسیتیا وگنجیدگیهای درون سیتوپلاسمی نیز مشاهده شد (05/0>p ). این مطالعه نشان داد که PPRدر منطقه سیستان در بزهای زیر دو سال با احتمال وقوع بیشتر و ضایعات پاتولوژیک شدیدتری همراه است.
