ملخص المقالة :
در سالهای اخیر توجهی ویژه به واسطههای مقاومت انسولینی نظیر ادیپونکتین شده است که در دوران آبستنی در بافت جفت تولید و بیان شده و از این طریق اثرات خود را بر جنین در حال رشد و سلامت مادر القاء می کنند. در این مطالعه برای اولین بار، تأثیر نانوذره سلنیم و سلنیت سدیم بر میزان نسخهبرداری ژن ادیپونکتین بافت جفت در دوره انتقالی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. به این منظور، 20 رأس میش 4 ماهه آبستن، بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب و در زمان 10 روز منتهی به زایمان، هر روز تجویز خوراکی مکملهای سلنیت سدیم (به میزان 1/0 میلیگرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن) و نانوذره سلنیوم (در دو دوز 05/0 و 1/0 میلیگرم به ازای هرکیلوگرم وزن بدن) به آن ها صورت گرفت. به گروه شاهد هم آب مقطر با حجم مشابه خورانده شد. پس از زایمان با نمونهبرداری از جفت، میزان نسخهبرداری از ژن ادیپونکتین به روش real-time RT-PCR و بر اساس روش مقایسهای ΔΔCt-2 تعیین شد. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که اضافه نمودن مکملهای سلنیومی به جیره غذایی میشهای آبستن، موجب کاهش معنیدار در میزان نسخهبرداری ژن ادیپونکتین میشود که در این خصوص، عملکرد سرکوبگری نانوذره سلنیوم به مراتب برتر از سلنیت سدیم بود.
