مطالعه تاثیر عصاره اتانولی کلم بروکلی بر استرس اکسیداتیو القاءشده توسط استامینوفن در کلیه موش صحرایی

مصرف مقادیر زیاد استامینوفن باعث آسیب کلیوی می شود.هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی تعیین اثرات محافظتی عصاره اتانولی کلم بروکلی در مقابل آسیب ایجادشده توسط استامینوفن در بافت کلیه موش صحرایی بود. موشهای صحرایی نر ویستار به طور تصادفی در 4 گروه 8 سَری توزیع گردیدند. گروه 1 بهعنوان شاهد، نرمال سالین (ml/kg 10) و گروه 2 عصاره الکلی کلم بروکلی (mg/kg 200) را با تزریق داخل صفاقی به طور یک روز در میان، در مدت 14 روز دریافت کردند. گروه 3 استامینوفن را بهصورت تک دوز (mg/kg 750) با تزریق داخل صفاقی دریافت کرد. گروه 4 پس از دریافت تک دوز استامینوفن (mg/kg 750) با تزریق داخل صفاقی، عصاره الکلی کلم بروکلی را مشابه گروه 2 دریافت کرد. در پایان دوره آزمایش، سطح سرمی اوره، اسید اوریک و کراتینین مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. آسیبشناسی بافتی نیز جهت ارزیابی درجات مختلف آسیبهای کلیه انجام گردید. ماحصل پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی (مالوندیآلدئید)، فعالیت سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز، گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز و گلوتاتیون ردوکتاز جهت ارزیابی استرس اکسیداتیو در هموژنات بافت کلیه مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. عصاره اتانولی کلم بروکلی در موشهای تیمارشده با استامینوفن بهطور معنیداری مقادیر سرمی اوره، اسید اوریک و کراتینین و میزان پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی بافت کلیه را کاهش و سطوح آنتیاکسیدانهای آن را افزایش داد. در آسیب شناسی بافتی، عصاره اتانولی کلم بروکلی، جراحات کلیوی موش ها را بهبود بخشید. یافتههای بررسی حاضر نشان داد که عصاره اتانولی کلم بروکلی دارای اثرات حفاظتی در برابر سمیّت کلیوی استامینوفن بوده و اثرات محافظتی فوق ممکن است با خواص آنتیاکسیدانی و پاکسازی رادیکال های آزاد توسط عصاره مرتبط باشد.
