ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل ارتقاء سرمایه اجتماعی در وزارت نیرو و در دو مرحله طراحی چارچوب مفهومی پژوهش و اعتبارسنجی چارچوب مفهومی انجام شد. بخش اول جامعه آماری پژوهش عبارت بود از اساتید، مدیران و کارشناسان در زمینه سرمایه اجتماعی، که تعداد 11 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. بخش دوم جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان به تعداد 244 نمونه انتخاب شد. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه دلفی و پس از شناسایی مولفه‌ها، شاخص‌ها و معیارها به منظور تایید آنها از پرسشنامه ای با طیف 5 گزینه ای لیکرت استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از شاخص CVR و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ مورد ارزیابی و تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌هابا استفاده از تکنیک دلفی، آزمون t تک نمونه ای و مدل معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزارهای SPSS و Lisrel انجام شد.[1]
