تبیین جامعه شناختی رابطه ساختار قدرت و سازگاری زناشویی در خانواده‌های شهر جهرم

پژوهش حاضر به تبیین جامعه شناختی رابطه ساختار قدرت و سازگاری زناشویی در خانواده های شهر جهرم پرداخته است. روش به‌کار رفته در این پژوهش، پیمایش است. جامعه آماری خانواده های (زنان و مردان) ساکن شهر جهرم می‌باشند که 351 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه تعیین و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه است که برای تعیین اعتبار آن از روش اعتبار صوری و برای تعیین پایایی، از شیوه هماهنگ درونی به روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. نتایج توصیفی پژوهش، بیانگر آن هستند که میانگین نمره سازگاری زناشویی در شهرجهرم کمی بالاتر از حد متوسط است. یافته های تحلیلی پژوهش نشان می دهد رابطه سازگاری زناشویی(کل) با ساختار قدرت (کل) مثبت و معنادار است. ابعاد ساختار قدرت (ساخت روابط قدرت، شیوه های اعمال قدرت و حوزه ها و قلمرو قدرت) بر توافق زوجین تأثیر دارند. همچنین ساخت روابط قدرت و شیوه های اعمال قدرت بر رضایت زوجین تأثیر دارند اما حوزه هاو قلمرو قدرت بر رضایت زوجین تأثیر ندارند. روابط قدرت، حوزه ها و قلمرو قدرت و همچنین شیوه های اعمال قدرت روابط معناداری با عشق و محبت زوجین دارند. در بین متغیرهای جمعیتی رابطه سن، تحصیلات، شغل مردان، طول مدت ازدواج، تعداد فرزند، طبقات مختلف با سازگاری زناشویی معنادار است. تبیین متغیر وابسته بر حسب مجموع متغیرهای مستقل، بیانگر آن است که متغیرهای ساختار قدرت( بعد ابراز عشق و محبت)، تحصیلات مردان، ساختار قدرت (بعد ساخت روابط قدرت)، فاصله سنی، طبقه اجتماعی، شغل زنان، درآمد زنان و مردان به ترتیب قوی ترین پیش بینی کننده سازگاری زناشویی هستند و قادرند 230/0 از تغییرات واریانس سازگاری زناشویی را تبیین کنند.
